The red is utter and complete BS...I'm not arguing the fact that Abate can be a hot headed idiot sometimes, but, if you'er giving him a 2nd yellow for, that fucking cocksucker Pandev should've been shown a straight red, he fucking pushed him hard to the ground...unless I missed something of course...Abate did nothing remotely close to that, fucking scrub ref...at that point we had no choice but to defend with everybody, everybody stepped up and we gave them no sight of the goal, what an excellent display

ultimately, i think it was maicon's absence that made the difference. our achilles heal is an attacking fullback. inter played chivu and cordoba, both very defense-centric fullbacks, who rarely got forward. the one time cordoba pushed up, he beat 3 guys and put in a cross. had he done that more, inter could've done more. benitez was too dumb to see santon's value in the game, and inter suffered.

apparently abate went and cried in the lockerroom after being sent off. tough luck for the kid, he always messes up in the derby.
