Caltagirone is not interested in owning a football club. I thought in the past the Toti brothers expressed some interest but now that is all gone and when their name is brought up they deny the interest or that they ever had.

I see, thanks Deini. Its a pity about Caltagirone. You would think he would possibly be interested considering he has bought and developed so much property in and around Rome, and we all know Roma need a new stadio, and so he would of been ideal.

What are Clessidra, exactly? A private equity firm? And whom from that company would be involved with Roma? Claudio Sposito? Here is an article from last August linking them with a move for Roma:

I don't see Juve winning with the players who are available. Juve don't have a single right back available, so things could get nasty if Vucinic plays on that wing.

If Juve have the sense to play Iaquinta instead of The Waterboy, they might have enough pace to pose a threat.

Without Krasic Juve are pretty slow and predictable.

Ranieri will probably set us out with matching slowness and predictability, though, red - it's likely to be a stodgy slug-fest, I fear. It'd be nice were Ranieri to send us out attacking and open and prepared to have a real go. Nice but unlikely.

Is Pizarro still injured?

If he's missing Juve may at least be able to match Roma's footballing ability in the centre of the pitch and stand a chance of not being dominated.

Roma won't even need to attack. If they just get De Rossi to ping balls over Bonucci and into the space behind the right back, Vucinic would be almost guaranteed a goal or two coming off the wing.

He was back in training with the group today. Whether he makes it for the weekend remains to be seen. Let's hope you're right. I tend to think Del Neri's teams are always okay when they can concentrate on being disciplined and destructive. It's when they have to come out and show a bit of imagination that they're in trouble. If Melo et al. can concentrate on physicality rather than on quality they can do a job.
