disappointing. we didn't play bad, but did not have any luck. we are losing all the 50-50 calls, and it's infuriating that ronaldo didn't get booked for his simulation. and they score a lucky goal right at the end, right after a dodgy offside call against pato prevented us from going ahead.

the commentator at half time cannot understand why gattuso is starting. gattuso played fine out there, one of our best players. nesta, pirlo and silva were also very good. boateng was good, too. i would say that even the front three played well enough, ibrahimovic the worst of the three, though, but we just don't have enough quality at fullback, and that's where we are losing this match.

all in all it was a good result, if not great. after seeing a few of real's games, i think they are the favorites to win the CL. a 2-2 result against one of the best teams in the world is not bad, we're only bitter that we gave up a late goal.

pato was rocking tonight, but as a winger, not a striker. he needs to play closer to goal. allegri needs to have more faith in the 2 striker system. pato and ibra must work.

Favourites for the CL? One of the best teams in the world? lol, easy on the happy pills there, Shinpin. Madrid are not all that at all. Realistically speaking they should of wrapped this game up long before Inzaghi even stepped on the pitch, but they showed frailties and let you back into it. I don't think either of these teams are real contenders.

shield, they wiped the park with us. if it wasn't for a defensive mistake (pepe's missed clearance) and a non-offside call, real would've walked away with 3 points. our first goal was completely against the run of play.

they had more possession more shots more everything. we got lucky, inzaghi seduced lady luck and she came through for us. but real are a formidable opponent and we were downright lucky against them.

chelsea and real are my top contenders for the trophy.

Conceding an equalizer like that is gut-wrenching but overall, I agree, they were better than usand we're fortunate to get a point...Pippo's offside goal is payback from last year's extremely dubious refereeing that went their way in San Siro ..that said, this Real is actually a strong contender (not the usual pretender they've been for last 6-7 years) mainly because of Mourinho

It's pretty half-full, half-empty glass sort of situation, before the game I'd not have taken a draw, at half-time I would have, after Pippo's 1st goal, I still would have, after Pippo's 2nd I would not have settled for a draw obviously...I would have very much preferred us to equalize at the end even thought the net result is the same, just makes u feel better about it,

We were out-run, out-worked, out-hustled, and outplayed..I'm not questioning the effort, heart and character of the Milan players, they all were giving it their all but the legs and confidence are just not there, we simply can no longer say that at our best we can beat the best, it's not a true statement anymore.

With regards to individuals, what a fucking living legend Pippo is, I don't have words to describe him..Rino was a monster, Nesta and Thiago did well...Ibra, by his big game choking standards, had a good one though he missed some chances in 1st half...Abate I thought was better than Zambrotta...Pirlo and Boateng OK, not so for Pato and Dinho

We should get Fábio Coentrão at all fucking costs, he's gonna be the top LB in the world within 5 years. Getting him alone will give our team another dimension right away...rumor has it Milan have him as a main target and looks like our man Rui Costa would prefer selling to Milan but if we fucking low ball Benfica as Galliani always does then we'd lose him...Bale is another stud, however, the ship has likely sailed on us getting him, we were strongly linked with him last summer when we could've got him so cheap, now his value is sky high...for RB, I'd like us to revisit the Aly Cissokho case, hopefully his dental problems are all cleared

Anyways, I guess one positive is that the merda still have never ever won in San Siro, whereas we won in the Bernebaeu last year...also, the other result went favourably for us, but it also means the French are back in the mix
