No doubt Ibra didnt play well, as a striker you're supposed to finish off chances and he didn't except 1, however at least he was there in the build up, dropping deep even and didn't suck like Pato, once again Pato is easily marked out of the game because defenders closed the spaces and even doubled him sometimes...I don't know about Robinho playing well, he lost too many balls but again, at least he was there and not a no-show like Pato

Ronaldinho will return on Wednesday so Robinho or Pato need to make way for him.

the biggest problem when your forwards are playing as your widemen is the lack of width they can actually provide. so you would then expect your fullbacks to provide the width that pato, ronaldinho or robinho cannot provide.

"Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi has chosen not to blame Massimiliano Allegri for his side's 2-1 defeat to Juventus on Saturday.

Instead Italy's Prime Minister decided to stand by the 43-year-old Coach who had been accused of getting his tactics wrong.

Aside from saying that it would be better “if he combs his hair before going to do interviews,” Berlusconi was keen to back Allegri.

“I have nothing to reproach the Coach and the team. Milan didn't play badly and deserved to equalise.

Ronaldinho has moved to deny a report in this morning's La Gazzetta dello Sport, which claims he criticised Milan's tactics against Juventus.

The Brazil international was apparently overheard in a local bar questioning the wisdom of playing Zlatan Ibrahimovic on his own up front.

“In general I don't like to speak after the games when I do play, and especially when I don't play,” Ronaldinho told Sky Italia.

Asked if the allegations in La Gazzetta were true, he said: “No. There is nothing to all this.

I was thinking this morning about the dip and fall of Pato's form, he reminds me very much of Sheva when he first came to Milan showing glimpses of brilliance an then been totally anonymous in others, i know there are many reasons why this could be, his age been one and not having the expirience under his belt to maintain form, could he still be struggling with the divorce of his wife? or could it plain and simply be he has not relised fully what has happened this summer, last season when fit Pato knew he would be starting, he was untouchable, form was not an issue for him where as now with Robinho ready to take his or Dinho's place he really should be putting in some performances and stop been so singular and play as a tream player, it might do him some good if Allegri benches his ass for a game or two and show him he's not untouchable we might see the Pato we enjoy watching.

pato's form can be attributed to lack of direction. he doesn't have enough movement off the ball and he can only learn that through proper coaching and guidance. that is all on allegri's head. he better wake the fuck up for tomorrow, or it will be another blowout.

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic insists they can beat Real Madrid, but maintains they have to raise their game to the highest levels to obtain maximum and crucial points.

Milan were less than perfect at the Bernabeu in the last clash. And Ibrahimovic understands they need to turn the tables on Madrid at San Siro.

He eyes a contrasting performance, and, more importantly, a win.

"We have to do everything we didn't do at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid," he told the press.

"They dominated the game, we were slow and not ruthless. If we play differently then we can beat them and show that we are stronger than them.

Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri feels his side must start scoring goals if they are to have any chance of beating Real Madrid in the Champions League tomorrow.

The Rossoneri have averaged just over a goal a game this season, showing little in the way of ruthlessness up front despite the presence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alexandre Pato and Robinho.

Speaking at a pre-match Press Conference, Allegri said: “We got a lot wrong in the first game [against Real Madrid].

“We started with the wrong approach and we conceded two strange goals. They were fortunate.

That comment about the performance being best performance is BS, while it wasn't terrible and that it's true we dominated the whole game, a performance that includes joke defending and goalkeeping like that cannot be a very good one...speaking of goalkeeping, I know it won't happen but I'd like to see Amelia start, I've always viewed Abbiati as a clown anyways

i don't have a lot of faith in the team tonight. if carlo were in charge, i think we would get the win, but with allegri, i just don't think he's capable of winning us games.
