this was a disgraceful performance. allegri didn't fire them up, they played poorly and misplaced every fucking pass. the front 3 didn't move, and pato was lost out there.

allegri has a lot to learn, but we better get something out of our next game, we were absolutely shit this game.

It' OK, as bad as Seedorf was I'm not pinning it all on him, overall this loss was a collective "team effort" in the most pathetic sense of the word...

That all said, I'm disappointed but not really panicing or anything like that, shit happens, it was a game we were likely to lose anyways, so I hope the players put it behind them and move on. I will be worried however, if we don't win the return game. We have to get the 3 points there.

Really silly team selection by Allegri.

Given that Gattuso spent the game playing against Ronaldo (and did a decent job), Milan's midfield was effectively Pirlo, Seedorf and Ronaldinho.

You can't beat Real Madrid without players in midfield who can tackle and press the ball.

You should have started Boateng or Flamini instead of Ronaldinho.

I'd have started Boateng for Rino, thats only change I'd make to the starting lineup really. Seedorf starting has alot to do with his experience and the way he handles these games but, after today and, in hindsight, it seems that was a wrong move too.

Seeing this Rino-Pirlo-Seedorf is like dirving a 60's caddy and hoping it would beat a Ferrari, sure it was once strong and top of the line, but it is beyond disgusting that we're still seeing this trio starting in 2010.

Allegri has shown he can adapt so far so I hope he can crack the whip on that specific area of the team. It's just pathetic.

i am not going to blame the team selection too much here.

players like seedorf, ibra, ronaldinho, pato should do better. it was actually incredible that they managed to synchronize a once-a-year poor performance for each in the same game.

Anyways, I was going to say this before i saw tec already mentioned it, almost the exact comment....its pathetically amazing how everybody decided to have a nite off at once...I rarely see Milan play this bad in a CL game,I mean we played bad but this bad? You'd probably have to go back to 2005 for the 1/2 final 2nd leg away to PSV, that was pretty attrocious

I still don't know why we're playing Monday in Serie A but whatever, we have 6 days till then, then we have another 5 till the Juve game and then 4 days later we play Real again...so I don't think we need too much of player rotation...I have no stomach seeing this Seedorf-Pirlo-Rino lineup, for me the problems start and end with us failing to control the midfield, they used to dominate any midfield in Europe but now its almost the opposite
