it was interesting to see pato play as the prima punta, and zlatan play as the secunda punta. pato does it for brazil, and it seems to have worked in today's game.

Dinho is playing as a trequartista and seems to be enjoying. I'm all for giving him a free role and let him do his thing. I said when Pato came back that he would be the guy to take some of the scoring load off Ibra and he's doing it.

only watched the first half as fell asleep for the second, but we played some good ball in the first. seedorf and especially pirlo both played well which was key in our dominating the midfield. the attacking trio also played really well, and nesta was majestic. abbiati again was solid.

Our main 2 players tomorrow are Dinho and Seedorf IMO...Ronnie's a Madrid slayer and Seedorf usually whips it out for these games....I'd like to see Pirlo and Boateng with Seedorf, I think this will be our best possible midfiedd for the game.

The defence obviously is a question mark as we don't know whether Thiago will play or not..the only positive thing out of this is its Thiago not Nesta in this situation, we'd be totally fucked if Sandro was the one in doubt....Bonera is a scrub but playing besides Nesta might elevate him into an average player category, I just hope this fuck, if he plays, can play competently enough

Fullbacks and attackers pick themselves really...as I said last week, odds are we're likely gonna suffer a loss here, a tie would be nice tho, but I'm curious to see how we approach this game, I want us to dictate the game and take it to them and not play like scared shit defending for our live, if we lose here, we lose here, I still think overall we have a team as good as theirs if not better so I think we have a good chance to win the return game while they're the favourites for this one....
