Ah, I edited my post to explain more...you must've missed that. I like a Brandy and Strega cocktail very much! As I say though, treat it with respect! Because of the taste you are tempted to pour it down...

I like brandy with Benedictine too.

Gio, no, I don't think I am screwing it up. One compliments the other so well! Two parts Strega to one Brandy suits my taste! You want just enough brandy to add the snakebite...not poison the whole deal! You might even try 2½ to 1...

Martell 4 star on the rare occasions I can find it. If not, 3 star will do. As I say, it's to add the bite. When did you start on Strega? I remember you saying you hadn't tried it but that was some time ago.

not a huge fan of brandies, but as far as those go, i think armagnacs are the best

Agreed on the Armagnac, 'tec. Gio and Carlo like rather too much sugar in their grog for my tastes. Thanks, edge. I didn't know the exact details, but I certainly knew that despite winning so many ANCs they never seem to get near the WC Finals. It's strange when you compare their record with teams like Ghana and Cameroon and Nigeria and the Cote d'Ivoire - what, I imagine, would be considered 'the big four' in African football by those who only watch the WC. I wonder if it's true that Egypt have won more ANCs than all four combined? Certainly I was thinking in the WC that given Egypt's recent record in the ANC it was incredible that they weren't in South Africa (I should think, from what I've seen, they might have given England even more of a scare than Algeria did).

Do I have a problem with that, gio? Not really, I think.

How many times have you seen Totti make passes to fullbacks or midfielders making incisive runs in behind this season, Giacomo?
