I should have said over blessed rather than not exactly...not that we are seeing him play for us in fairness and he is another who may be bartered in time. Hopefully not.

My bad guys, Scardina still in Brunico with the team. Read that he was loaned out or he is going to be loaned out. Think the latter. We also loaned out Bertolacci and Sini (future back for us?) to Lecce.

Nothing much to add to that...

Mediaset seems to think we will keep Okaka which if true is good news too.

They also mention Mexes. Following his "I will never go to Juventus" statement, he is seemingly after a deal to keep him with us until the end of season 2014-15 by which time he will be 33. Rumour or reality, he is never going to get that kind of contract.

Deini, I think you are speaking more as a tifoso romano here than in a business sense. I have to say I think Mexes is appealing to the fans for a show of support, in the hope that the present management who clearly regard him as expendable may change their collective mind.

Much may also depend on whether we can offload Baptista to Olympiakos for sufficient money so we can give those bloodsuckers in Milano the money they are demanding for Burdisso.

If Mexes does get to stay it won't be a five year contract. In modern day football, who gives a player that? Even taking the four year thing with Taddei into account, let's see what actually happens after those first two more important years have passed and the wage reduction part then kicks in...
