"La prossima settimana parlerò con Inter e Roma, aspettiamo ancora per fare le giuste valutazioni. Non ci sono problemi con la Roma, troveremo l'accordo, siamo a buon punto. Non abbiamo approfondito molto, però non vedo assolutamente problemi. Dobbiamo lavorare di più sul fronte Inter: non credo che vorrà tenerlo, dopo ciò che hanno detto in passato. Vediamo se le loro condizioni andranno bene alla Roma".
Hidalgo parla anche di un possibile inserimento del Manchester City nella trattativa: "Per quanto riguarda l'offerta no, ma l'interessamento c'è, ho anche parlato con mister Mancini, che stima molto il calciatore".

Burdisso's agent said today that “we've reached an agreement with Roma and I don’t think there will be any problems with Inter", so it should be taken off, as long as we, you know, hand over some dosh. Roma e la licenza per la produzione e commercializzazione dei prodotti di merchandising a marchio A.S. Roma; inoltre, con riferimento alle politiche di commercializzazione dei prodotti, tecnici e non, a marchio A.S. Roma sono state previste particolari modalità e condizioni per gli acquisti di prodotti destinati alla commercializzazione.

Il contratto, di durata settennale, prevede, a fronte dei diritti concessi, il riconoscimento da parte di BasicItalia di un corrispettivo, comprensivo delle forniture tecniche, di 5,1 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per la stagione sportiva 2010/2011, di 6,1 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per la stagione sportiva 2011/2012, di 6,6 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per la stagione sportiva 2012/2013, di 7,1 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per le stagioni sportive 2013/2014 e 2014/2015, di 7,6 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per la stagione sportiva 2015/2016, e di 8,1 milioni di euro, oltre IVA, per la stagione sportiva 2016/2017, garantiti da apposita fideiussione bancaria a prima richiesta da rilasciarsi a favore di A.S.
