For Adriano Galliani the victory at the Olimpico represents a turning point in terms of the result. According to the Delegate Administrator Milan never did badly and are finally reaping the rewards of their good football.

MILAN - Adriano Galliani spoke about the nice evening yesterday at the Olimpico during the presentation of the Fair Play Team, which took place at the Atahotel Executive in Milan.

Gilardino To Milan Fans: No Hard Feelings

Alberto Gilardino has insisted that he bears no grudge against the Rossoneri supporters who taunted and heckled him during his recent period of poor form.

The Milan striker had not scored all season until Sunday’s match against Lazio and his confidence was at rock-bottom after being booed and jeered by his own supporters during recent home games.

The 1-1 draw against Catania in week six was particularly vitriolic with Gilardino being whistled every time he touched the ball, after coming on as a half-time substitute.

The ex-Parma man answered his critics in the perfect fashion at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday with a brace in the 5-1 thrashing of Lazio. However he ensures that these goals are not intended as payback for the abuse he has had to suffer.

i can't believe nobody has picked up on the latest tragedy/injustice. the romans are boggled why totti hasn't been shortlisted for fwpoy, the interisti are perplexed why ibra has been ignored, yet none of the rossoneri bring up the fact that seedorf has been left off the final ballot? am i the only one in outrage?

There will be no immediate appeal, on the rest no comments: that's what Adriano Galliani had to say today during the Lega Council, and he also talked about Pato, Ronaldo, recovering from injuries and goalkeepers in general.

MILAN - These are the declarations made today by Adriano Galliani during the Lega Calcio Council held today in Via Rosellini in Milan.

Ahead of Uefa's decision on the Dida case, what can you say to us about that?
"President Berlusconi and I were in agreement when we spoke just after the match in Glasgow and decided not to make any appeal. If someone feels dizzy, in any case, it's right to substitute him. But I'm not a doctor, so I can't say anything for sure so I won't."

Will we see Pato in action in Friday's friendly against Athletic Bilbao?
"I think it's appropriate that Pato plays on Friday. They tell me extraordinary things about him, the players as well as the coach and I read the same things on the newspapers. But he's only 18, let's not give him too much responsibility.

His purchase was a very precise political decision from our part, we always believed in this player and we knew we had to wait four months for him when he was bought. In January we will see whether we made the right choice."

How is Ronaldo?
"The doctors tell me he's doing well, as do Maldini, Serginho, Kaladze, and Digao. Unfortunately we have five players out at the moment, but they are all recovering."

What will be the next big transfer?
"At the moment the market is closed and when it re-opens in January, we already have our new purchase, which is Pato.
Concerning goalkeepers, Milan have three at home and three on loan: Storari, Abbiati, and Coppola, we are full of goalkeepers. At most we will renew a few contracts, but no one new will come at Milan."

Milan goalkeeper Nelson Dida will discover if he is to be punished by UEFA for his actions in Glasgow when a statement is issued this afternoon.

The Brazilian shot-stopper received widespread criticism for his theatrical reaction to a blow struck by a fan, who had invaded the pitch following the Rossoneri’s Champions League defeat at Parkhead.

UEFA have been watching video evidence to establish whether or not Dida is in violation of Article 5 of their code of behaviour.

This rule states: “member associations, clubs, as well as their players, officials and members, shall conduct themselves according to the principles of loyalty, integrity and sportsmanship.â€
