Yeah Romashield I enjoyed that video.
Because I guess that for many of us, we r not used to see the players that way...apart from some pictures maybe.

I'm a fan and I tell u guys...I would love so much being some of the guys there in Rome wearing the giallorossi colours and see the players training at Flaminio.
I'm not Roman and I'm jealous of those real Romanisti when I see them near the players around those training grounds.
I can't feel the same way as those guys there.
I'm thinking about u Italiama who had the chance to live the events very closely and I would love to be able to see the same way as u did...even though it was not the same players and a few years back.

I went to Rome and I loved it. I was over there november 2005 when we lost against juventus and draw against strasbourg.
Haven't seen a great game but what a stadium...The Olimpico is great...I love the city and the fans. I mean the fans from the Eternal city.

I am a fan too but unfortunately I'll never be able to compare myself to them because I m not from there.
I might be crazy but honestly I'm thinking sometimes to go and live, work there...only because I love As Roma and my origins are italian.
Not from Rome but I always loved Italy.
Don't misunderstand...I know many of u don't really like the frenchies but i am French. What I mean is that after France, Italy is really the place I could live and love.

Anyway...I can't wait to go and visit Rome and the Olimpico once again. The first game is tomorrow and I can't wait.
I'm not sure whether I ll be able to watch it live but hopefully a great season is coming for the players and us, the fans.

We still don't know what is gonna happen with Chivu.
Apparently Luciano said there is still 50 % of chance he could stay...at least for one more year.
I'm very disapointed with him but I do think that our team and our chances in the race for the Scudetto are very different with him and without him.
I hope very much he could stay but from what I read, I think he 'll be leaving.
Honestly he's hoping and impatiently waiting for this. I won't talk about him anymore bcoz I like the player but he can't be a romanisti anymore. Spalletti praises, defends him and that's normal, he's a great professional...but not Roman. Chivu in Rome is over from my opinion.
I don't think fans will ever be able to look at him like before.
I'm hoping I'm wrong because he must not be the only one to blame and criticize in this saga and it is still possible for him to extend his contract in Rome.

Anyway...off topic...sorry guys if I'm writing bullshit...quite tired and had many drinks tonight.
Nights out in Kuala Lumpur are great, great clubs, great girls...I love asian :) ...and I've been busy working so much the whole week so tonight was relaxation....

That place has been very quiet for the last few days and luckily Romashield is still here.

Lovely post, Franchi. Quality stuff my man. You know I think that is the effect that the glorious la Magica can have on people. The Roman's and locals of Roma are extremely passionate fans, lunatics even, this we all know, but it is like a force which extends out to us all, including 'outsiders' or 'foriegners' like yourself and myself, brings us in, converts us, and we find it impossible to let go. You know, there are even times when, in response to the never ending 'why Roma' questions, I find myself sometimes jokingly saying that 'sure I'm half Italian' or 'I was born in Rome' to my girlfriend and friends, but sometimes it really makes me think. I'm very much a proud Irishman and love my roots (as some may have guessed), but sometimes I do think like that, think like a romanisti. This is the effect Roma has. The magic Roma has. It is something special, something unique, no other club is like it. Forza la magica.

Totally agree with u Romashield....
That's how we feel.
Not really italian even though my family is half originally from Italy but loving that city of Rome, the team so much.
It's like an incurable virus....once we got it, I don't think we are ever able to forget and stop getting thrilled.
Italiama said it....he happens to be sometimes so pissed with the management for example and the decisions that are taken for the club but at the end, his love for As Roma won't be decreasing even a wee piece.

I have to say though, its always been my belief that one can be just as passionate about something even if they are not from the place. Sure they'll always know that they're not natives of the place, but in the end it's the passion that matters and nothing else...

Well, I really love the country even though it's quite different from Europe where I was born.
Girls are great......I mean I really like Asian girls and here in Malaysia, many pretty girls.
Malay girls, Chinese girls, Indian girls and all of those mixed........ you can't be here and don't find any girls to your taste I tell you.
My favourites are the chinese girls........don't know if any of u guys tried but they have a skin that will make u crazy.
Anyway...that's a football forum ok....some young people may read it so I wont go into details.......:):)

I don't have the Asian fetish you do, but I think that one is probably developing quite fast. Chinese girls, to me it seems are pretty cute on the whole, but not too many stunners that you would find in other places.. then again the quality is consistent...
