Agreed, Lomba, though presumably you can remember when the Samp game was more accurately than I can (and I'm too lazy to check) and so I thought you might be able to find it more easily - if you want to hold me to account for consistency. I can't remember what my comments were, but the way you present it there it makes them seem part of a much broader observation. On Moaninho's gesture, there is a difference in part because he's the coach rather than a player; more to the point, though, I suspect my comments were about his refusal to explain what the gesture meant afterwards. That's right, isn't it? Moaninho prefered to let the sore fester rather than to downplay it or contain it or control it. That would be to have criticised more than the single gesture as a heat-of-the-moment reaction. Personally I think that gesture was an extremely calculated one and part of Moaninho's quite deliberate practices.

I have tried to look back, but going back just page after page (instead of being able to skip say 5 pages at a time) is quite annoying. Anyway, of coarse it had to be a broader observation, or you might have been, as usual, fooling around. Now that you say you hardly remember this it makes me beleive that was more the latter...Geez sometimes you need to throw in a couple of smileys to your posts. Not everyone is capable to understand when you're being ironic or when you're serious.
