Lovely first-half. Just lovely. Its exactly as we would of wished. An great atmosphere, and a great start to the game with Vucinic's gol (what a strike, too, the 'keeper had every other angle of the goal covered so Mirko put it in the one spot he could score: between his legs. Pure genius), and more than that, a very good, assured and confident performance from the boys. Totti and Vuc and Menez have all been linking up very well and playing nice stuff and we have been in control for the entire game, so its all good. Jesus, please don't fuck this up, boys. We're top of the table. TOP OF THE FUCKING TABLE!

I've just been looking at the dates of our remaining fixtures and checking flights to Rome. I know this game isn't over yet and the three points aren't yet secured, but feckit i can't help it. I have to go to see a game. I'm thinking either Samp or Cagliari at home. Chievo, on the last giornate, is also in consideration, but flights to Verona are ultra-expensive. Maybe Parma. This is crazy. Madness to be even thinking about going to watch us claim a scudetto. Holy shit.

Can you believe it boys, can you believe it. Top of the motherfeckkkkking table! Man it feels good. A complete no show of a second-half, we were terrible, the enormity of the occasion must of finally gotten to the boys, but it did not matter, the work was done in the first-half and we got the three points. Unbelievable. Top of the league. First place. Grazie Roma.

Unbelievable boys and girl! First time at the top in 5 years. Second half was scary but they did it! I am worried about the derby though. Those goat fucker would love nothing more than to ruin it for us. Lets send them to were they belong.
You are right Deini 5 more finals and if we are dreaming I hope we don't wake up.

Imagine we were near the bottom at the beginning of the season and 14 points behind... now look at us! It's a fairy tale.

I was looking at this stats site

It reports that Roma have won 82% of their home games (Stadio Olimpico isn't called a fortress for nothing), but only 38% of their away games. Of the top teams, Inter have won 75% of their home games, Milan only 59%, Palermo 71%, and Samp 63%. I know stats can be manipulated to show anything, just thought it was interesting. I didn't check all the teams, but of those I did check Roma are by far the most dominant at home this season, but the discrepancy between home and away is a bit disconcerting.

Who knows what it all means? I know I'm going to be very nervous next Sunday! (away game technically, but in the wolves' den)
