Roma Striker Mirko Vucinic Ruled Out Of Parma Clash With Injury - Report
The Montenegrin has suffered another injury set back...

Roma could be without striker Mirko Vucinic for Sunday's clash against Parma at the Olimpico as an muscular injury resurfaces.

According to Forzaroma.info, the Montenegrin, who was already slated for a night off from tonight's Europa League trip to CSKA Sofia, will be rested again at the weekend as a precaution. The report claims Vucinic is suffering from a problem he sustained at the start of the season. He appears to have aggravated a previous injury to the gluteal muscles in his right leg.

The striker complained of pain in his leg on Wednesday at Trigoria and he was told to rest. It is said he will begin his Christmas holidays early. Rodrigo Taddei is also in doubt. The Brazilian fell and landed awkwardly on his shoulder during the 0-0 draw at Marassi last week. He is unlikely to feature.

The Giallorossi will also be without Simone Perrotta who serves a one match suspension. Philippe Mexes is also out with a twisted knee.

Great to see Filippo Scardina get on the score-sheet last night. It was great to see two young Romans blooded for the first time, but for Scardina to score it was extra special. He looks like a very good prospect, a big bulk of a lad who made some good runs and movements last night, so hopefully we've seen the next breed of romanista coming through. I believe a few of the rich foreign-owned dirty english poaching fucks were sniffing around him a while back, but I'm sure he'll tell them of fuck off and we see him in a giallarossi maglia for many years to come.

A nice comfortable draw for us would be the likes of Brugge, Kobenhavn, Atletico Madrid or Lille. Then there's some very tough teams in there that we'd like to avoid like Rubin Kazan, Hertha, Villarreal, Twente and.... oh no, wait a minute thats it.

There's no one else in there I'd fear meeting. No one else at all...
