Dino, you're right in saying both Juventus and the FIGC re/la nazionale treated Zoff terribly. The media with its "Dinosaur" jibes didn't help any on both occasions and it was all most unjust! Juve kicking him out because he didn't win lo scudetto even after he led them to a Uefa Cup win, and the FIGC giving him the size 12s in his ass after getting la nostra Italia to the Euro 2000 final...

As for England...the last four most probably, maybe even fluking it into the final would be my bet but they won't win Sth Africa 2010 any more than any other European team will.

I couldn't even care to care to be bothered finding out who was playing for them yesterday. When I said "Come on, England," following my post on that piece of shit Carlos Dunga talking of reporting Roma to FIFA over Juan, what I really meant was, I hope Brasil are beaten.

It didn't happen, big deal, I've lost no sleep over it.

Come clean, Carlo. You were gutted England lost. You're their number one fan. We all know that the moment the WC starts this Azzurri-fan thing will come tumbling down and your true colours will come out.

Edzo, I hope you enjoyed the occasion and performance last night if not the result. Perhaps your boys can snatch an early goal in the second leg and put the Grenouilles under pressure that way. That's the only way I can see your boys rattling their cage from here. I've got to be perfectly honest - I would very willingly sacrifice the All Whites' place at the WC to your Irish boys since I know how much more it means to you and yours.

James, the article in question appeared to be taking her Lega Calcio earnings into account. If I'm not mistaken, our fellow forum member Marco posted a similar version to the piece I saw but I can't quite remember where he placed it.

You know I consider our principessa to be no innocent schoolgirl. Nonetheless, referring to her as an opportunist in the meantime is as far as anyone will see me publicly go. Certain fans in the city of Roma however appear to be a little more explicit and a lot less tolerant...

Well I do not say she deserves that amount of salary, but I am sure it does cover both jobs, and - of course - measuring the merit of salary levels is almost impossible.

Oh and Richard Dunne should of after the game for what he said, the stupid African fuck. He went up to Keith Andrews after the final whistle, while Andrews was kneeling on the ground, and apparently said "you're out, you Irish prick". Andrews went mad and it sparked a bit of a scurrmozzle, and Dunne came in and almost tore his head off. Diarra is the perfect epitome of this current French squad Ã¢â‚¬â€œ no doubt a very good player but a magnanimous prick with an ugly attitude for a professional footballer. This will give the lads an extra bit of motivation and fire in the their bellies on Wednesday (not that it was needed). And if things don't go our way, hopefully we at least see that shit severely broken up.

Yes Shield I totally agree that if it s true he has said that, he is a coward. However, to me it doesnt make much difference whether it is during the game or a few seconds after the final whistle. Also, this game was only half of the game. So we have not won yet, not at all.
Anyway, French are always arrogant to many here but it seems they have different opinions when judging others. The Bald Algerian was arrogant and Materazzi was the poor victim. It doesn't change it seems.
It's ok, no need to argue on this anyway.
I hope we'll see a great game with players behaving the right way and that the best will win.
