Udinese set D'Ago price

Udinese director of sport Sergio Gasparin says Juventus will have to pay Ã‚Â£14.5m if they want to sign Gaetano D'Agostino.

A deal for the 27-year-old midfielder went cold last week as both clubs could not find an agreement.

Juventus offered too little while Udinese wanted players in exchange.

Why haven't you noticed the line where I said "For more accuracy, you can say that Marchisio is either a defensive midfielder or a defensive-minded centre midfielder."?

You should take into account that Sissoko and his style of play - as you refer to him as a headless chicken - isn't the standard of a defensive midfielder. Marchisio, on the other hand, is a defensive-minded midfielder who can pass the ball, still this doesn't make him a creative midfielder. Marchisio's main role is to defend and link our attacking midfielder or wingers, according to the formation, with our backline. Sissoko is able to do the same job, but he sometimes leaves his brain at home.

Melo will sign for Arsenal, in all probability.

I think us declaring our interest in Melo is just a tactic to try and put pressure on Udinese.

I hope Melo doesn't go to Arsewipe. I would even prefer to see him join Juventus then see another good player leave Serie A for foreign fields.

I take that back. The trade is actually for Marchionni, not Marchisio. 15 mil+Marchionni for Melo. I would do that in a heartbeat. If we need a RM we have Brazzo as backup if Camo goes down.

It's a bunch of bullshit. The management didn't want to pay more than 15 million for D'Ago, but now we're ready to pay 20 million + Marchionni for Melo? I think we're just using Melo to get Udinese to lower D'Ago's price tag.
