The only 2 positions I'm worried about in the team are one of the wide forwards and the striker. Balotelli is the only player that should be guaranteed a position in the trident but how can how far can Milito and Arnautovic take us as far as starting material goes? We need to invest in 2 WC players for those positions and tbh, we won't even remember who Maicon is after Santon becomes the best RB in the world. Instead of Rossi I would rather Tevez and Benzema is fine by me upfront.

Very possible if we sell Ibra and Maicon and we'd still have money left over. The only thing that would worry me is Mou wanting to bring Drogba since he's so close with him. I seriously can't stand that guy..

I really have my doubts on us getting Benzema. First of all, the lad wants to stay in Lyon so that he doesn't jeopardize his chances of going to the world cup and second, if he is up for sale we would mostly likely face stiff competition from Man Ure. So, Benzema is far from a guarantee.

And according to Moratti, Mourinho wants a big CF and only Drogba fits into that category other than Benzema. So in all possibility we will most likely end up with Drogba who is not only 31 but is suspended for 4 games in UCL and has the African cup of nations to participate in.

Personally, I would prefer Rossi to Tevez. Apart from being Italian, I think he has more playmaking abilities than Tevez and a much deadlier shot from distance. Tevez on the other hand is little more rugged and hardworking but Rossi is my choice.

The difference is it doesn't look like Villareal will sell Rossi just yet while Tevez is available right this minute for 25 million Euros and is already world class. Balotelli is going to be CR7-like with the ball at his feet very soon and with Motta in the midfield, that's all the creativity you need but having Tevez there means you have a proven goal-scorer that will work the entire game to track back into the 3 man midfield. Arnautovic is also apparently very creative and Ibra-like so that would be another option there given time.

With regards to Man U, there is a big chance they'll go after Ribery to fill Ronaldo's spot and that will take up the bulk of the fee that they got so we'd still be a good shot for him as the Lyon president said if they get a massive bid, they won't be able to reject it and his manager said if the right offer comes along, they will need to at least consider it.

IF we buy Drogba, I'll lose a little respect for Mou because as everyone can see, he's the wrong choice for the team considering all the points you mentioned.

The bottom line is if we don't re-invest the money made from Ibra and Maicons sales, we're finishing second in Serie A and getting knocked out in the group stage of the CL again.

Dejan, Rossi's agent today said that if anyone wants Rossi, Villareal are ready to accept bids from 25M. Let's also not forget that Rossi has an inferior wage demand in comparism with Tevez.
As for Benzema, Lyon's president said he is willing to receive good offers. Only in that case he would consider releasing the player and Benzema wold welcome a move to a bigger side. I'm sure of that

Im hoping we get cassano or tevez. maicon and ibra can fuck of to madrid, fuckin merceneries. as dejan said, getting rid of ibra would make them play like a 'team', not a one man show.

I'm not sure that the term mercenary would really describe Ibra. I mean he is already the highest paid player (acually he's become the second now, after CR7 signed for Madrid) and he would be ready to reduce his wage in order to go to a team like Barcelona. I actually repect him because he always said things openly, without hiding anything. I am getting to be a little more frustrated at Maicon TBH, since a couple of weeks ago he said that he will remain here 100%, then as soon as his agent started complaining, he started the complaints too.
The only reason why I believe that selling these 2 would be a good move is that I'm sure that one year from now, their value will have decreased, but the same problems will arise once again and we'll end up selling them for less. Unfortunately, I am pretty sure there will be no one ready to splash 70m for Ibra, not even Real Madrid. Maicon is a different story.

Official: Luis Jimenez Joins West Ham On Loan From Inter

The Chilean has moved to Upton Park from Italy...

West Ham United have today confirmed that they have secured the services of Chile international forward Luis Jimenez from Italian champions Inter on a season-long loan deal, with a further option to make the deal permanent.

He will join officially on July 1, and will undergo a medical at the Boleyn Ground next month.

He was clearly pleased to have sealed the switch, telling the Hammers' official website, "I am very happy, very excited and very determined to show what I can do.

"I am a player who loves to play football, to be in a team that keeps the ball, to create opportunities and also score goals. I can't promise anything but I am going to do everything possible to do a good job for the club.

"I know West Ham are a fantastic club who have had a lot of great players. I had options to join other clubs but I watched West Ham's last game of the season and I liked it a lot."

He went on to reveal that the Irons' style of play and working with manager Gianfranco Zola were key factors in the club's appeal.

"I preferred this option because I really admire the way they try to play. Gianfranco Zola was one of the things that drew me to West Ham - I can identify with the type of football he wants to play," he added.

West Ham chief executive Scott Duxbury echoed the player's delight, stating, "I am pleased we have been able to secure Luis's services. Many clubs were after him so we have had to work quickly. We were determined to get the deal done as Gianfranco sees him as a player that can add much to our attack next season."

Miniscule Chance Of Ibrahimovic Or Maicon Moving To Real Madrid - Ernesto Bronzetti

The transfer guru believes the Beneamata duo will be staying put at the San Siro...

Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic suggested earlier that he would be remaining with the Nerazzurri and FIFA agent and transfer consultant Ernesto Bronzetti has confirmed that view by limiting the player's chances of joining Spanish giants Real Madrid.

"The chances of Ibrahimovic going from Inter to Real is 0.001 percent," he told Sky Sport 24 on Wednesday.

Allegedly, another person on Florentino Perez's radar is right-back Maicon, but Bronzetti is skeptical of that proposed deal as well.

"Maicon? 0.1 percent for him, just to leave a little doubt," he concluded.

Real Madrid are not the only ones interested in the Brazilian international as reports from England have suggested Chelsea are keen to reinforce their squad with the Confederations Cup participant.

'Ibra' and Maicon were impressive last term as Inter continued their domestic dominance by snatching their fourth consecutive Scudetto.

This guy's pretty reliable since he works with every club as a Fifa transfer agent and doesn't have any interests in this situation. I think it's a mistake not cashing in on both of them but it's the waiting game now to see if anyone comes up with the price for them but by the sounds of this, they won't.

After all the bullshit that has surfaced, I somehow doubt that Ibra will be an Inter player next season. Even if Moratti has to lower the asking price, we should sell him.

Inter Director Branca In London For Chelsea Stars Deco & Ricardo Carvalho – Report

The Nerazzurri are in London as the Deco and Carvalho talks with Chelsea heat up...

Inter sporting director Marco Branca has travelled to London with the aim of wrapping up deals for Chelsea pair Deco and Ricardo Carvalho, according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Branca is said to be in London and he will hold talks with Chelsea chiefs in order to work on a deal that all parties can agree on. Early developments have not gone to plan - signing both players is likely to be challenging as Chelsea want Maicon in return.

The report suggests Chelsea want around €12 million for each player, however, Inter are only willing to offer around €10m for the pair plus the services of Nicolas Burdisso. Voices suggest that if Inter were only to take one of the duo, it would be centre-back Carvalho.

As talks progress, Chelsea are expected to make their interest in Maicon known. However, Inter would only be interested in cash for the flying Brazilian full-back.

Furthermore, new details that are emerging suggest Chelsea will drop a hint for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, despite the striker claiming he sees his future at the San Siro. Branca will be hoping talks swing in his favour as he tries to fulfil Jose Mourinho's wishes.
