Parma starlet Alberto Paloschi will remain at the Tardini next season as the Emiliani have renewed their co-ownership deal with Milan. The 19-year-old striker joined the Gialloblu last summer and has been impressive for them, scoring 11 goals in 39 games and helping them secure promotion to the top-flight.

However, there have been several rumours regarding his future, considering that the Rossoneri could have cashed in on him straight away. But the player’s will to stay in Parma, as well as President Tommaso Ghirardi’s desire to keep him in the squad, played a fundamental role in the negotiations.

Paloschi made his Serie A debut with the Rossoneri aged 18 back in 2007-08 and it was a dream start for the youngster as he netted the winner against Siena seconds after he stepped on the pitch.

Exclusive: Medical Expert Gives Views On Aly Cissokho's Teeth Problems

Goal.com can share exclusive insight into the possible problems behind Cissokho's move to AC Milan...

Medical expert and Ascoli club medic Renzo Mandozzi has told Goal.com what he feels could be the medical reasons behind the delay in Aly Cissokho's proposed move from Porto to AC Milan.

A problem with the players teeth has caused the deal to go downhill and there were fears it would collapse after Milan ordered the player to have another medical. Cissokho had the final examination this afternoon and the player's entourage are currently locked in talks with the Rossoneri in an attempt to salvage the deal.

Goal.com's Italian bureau called doctor Mandozzi who has over 27 years of experience dealing with player medicals and he has exclusively given his take on what Cissokho's problem could be.

"In 27 years as a medic, I have never had to refuse a transfer as a result of problems related to teeth," Mandozzi told Daniele Perticari of Goal.com Italia.

"There could be two problems here. The first may be linked to the presence of granulomas which could affect human muscle or the heart.

"The second could be an orthodontic defect which can be solved with the use of a brace. Both problems can be cured with the right medical treatment.

"As far as I am aware I have never come across a disease which would make an athlete an illegible player, but I am speaking in general terms.

"If a club buys a player it's because they believe in him. Usually teething problems are dealt with easily by treatment."

The Rossoneri are likely to make one final decision over the player later today after doctor Jean-Pierre Meersseman presents his results to the player's entourage and Adriano Galliani, who are all currently locked in talks at the club's HQ in Via Turati.

he is staying, it was just a little problem. i think milan made a big mess of it to the press as a small 'threat' to porto. milan is going to be contacting porto for a reduction in his price. and apparently they currently are negotiating. now how the f do these guys know that milan dialed +351??

17.40, Il Milan ed il Porto stanno già trattando il prezzo del giocatore alle condizioni dei rossoneri. Si prevede la chiusura definitiva della trattativa entro questa sera.

Dopo il summit tenutosi nel primo pomeriggio con i legali di Aly Cissokho, dove è stata ribadita la volonmtà del Milan di acquistare il giocatore, la società rossonera ha alzato la cornetta ed ha composto il prefisso (+351) 225, ossia il prefisso intermnazionale e quello del numero della sede del Porto per parlare dell'accordo economico per il passaggio del terzino al Milan. Pare infatti che i rossoneri abbiano in mente di chiedere un adeguamento al ribasso del prezzo stabilito per il trasferimento oppure l'inserimento di una penale che ha come oggetto il pagamento, da parte dei campioni di Portogallo, di una somma di denaro prestabilita qualora Cissokho dovesse subire nuovi infortuni importanti.
