You have been linked with Dzeko. He is a good striker. Dzeko, Inzaghi, Pato, Paloschi is nice. You need center backs though. I think your fullback situation is good. Between Zambrotta, Jankulovski, Antonini, Oddo and Bonera you should be fine.

Galliani admits Dzeko interest

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has revealed he is interested in signing Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko this summer. The Rossoneri just sold Kaka to Real Madrid for £59m and are expected to make some reinforcements in the coming months. The Italian Press believes Dzeko will be the first signing of what they are calling the post-Kaka Milan.

A report in the German newspaper Bild suggested Galliani actually travelled to Sarajevo to meet Dzeko at the weekend. This morning, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported Galliani actually failed to meet Dzeko but had agreed terms with him. All that is necessary now for the deal to go through is a decision from Wolfsburg, who are negotiating a price.

Marcello Lippi Delighted To See Kaka Leave Milan

The Italian national team coach is pleased there is one less foreign player in Serie A...

Italy boss Marcello Lippi has surprisingly admitted he is happy to see Kaka leave AC Milan in order to join Real Madrid.

The former Napoli and Juventus coach, currently in South Africa preparing for the Confederations Cup
, believes that Serie A must have fewer foreigners and more Italian content in the squads.

"The more foreigners that leave Italy, the better it is for Italian football," he claimed, speaking to Sky Italia.

The comments seem rather biased, as fewer foreigners in Serie A would allow Lippi to look at a larger pool of players for Azzurri consideration. A prime example would be Inter, the champions of Italy, who only play two Italians on a regular basis - Davide Santon and Mario Balotelli.

Interestingly, Lippi and Kaka will cross paths on June 21, as Italy and Brazil meet in the final match of the Confederations Cup Group stage.

the interest and offer for dzeko is legit. and looking at his goal compilation above, he seems to have a powerful right foot and a good head, his left foot seems to be a swinger. he is also a prima punta, like inzaghi he lives off the shoulders of the last defender. for that, he needs excellent service which i hope ronaldinho and pato can provide. hes no battering ram like drogba though, if drogba didnt pull that shit in the CL, im sure we wouldve got him.

i hate real madrid now. i dont blame kaka' for leaving, one of the articles i read before the sale was complete was that kaka' told a friend that he felt abandoned by milan. we sold him out in january, it shouldnt come as a surprise that he leaves now. why would you stay when you know you are nothing but a pot of gold for your management? he couldve stopped it, but milan abandoned him for money. the fucking greedy bastards that they are.

if they wanted to make money, they couldve sold pirlo, who is half the player he was, and seedorf for atleast 40m combined. they couldve gotten rid of that motherfucker dida who is making 4m a year. we just sold gourcuff sold 15m, we could sell ambrosini for 10m to fiorentina, who have been interested in him for a couple of months. just like that we have made 65m, getting rid of dida who we owe another 8m over 2 years, and total would be 73m right there.
