Deini, I doubt there will be any deal between Roma and the German/Swiss group. First of all 190 or 200 million is not nearly enough and I see no way that is acceptable to even Unicredito. Secondly, until Angelini makes his offer, nothing will move forward. Remember Unicredito has to approve the deal as well. They are also talking to Tamoil about the possible sale of Italpetroli and from what I read this morning, Ip wanted to throw Roma into the deal. However, Tamoil has no interest in the club, just the oil company along with the port at Civitavecchia.

This is a fluid situation. About 10 days ago I believed that the German/Swiss group had advanced the negotiation to the point of getting a deal done. But from what I just heard, Rosella, on behalf of her family, has not even responded to the interest. Apparently, Unicredit has been talking to these people. I also heard today that Angelini did finally speak to the Sensi family about his plans for the club. I personally think that all parties, Unicredit and the Sensi's will wait and see what Angelini proposes. That is my personal opinion. Rosella is obesessed with this new stadium and naming after her father. Angelini wants the stadium as well, and he will assure her that the name of this venue will be Stadio Franco Sensi.

Again, that is my opinion. I never under estimate the vengence of this woman. She may go with the foreign ownership just to fuck the fans given the unmitigated hatred for her that has been on display for the last several weeks. Angelini would be perfect and she knows it. If he has to give her some job to get the deal done, then so be it. Angelini has to be the next owner. It has to happen. We have been sent a gift from God with this guy and if this bitch does not cooperate then I see no way the woman can even live in the city.

I'd also rather have Angelini as next owner/President then the Swiss/German group. All will tell this weekend and what happens. I won't get my hopes up because if she f's this sale up she will be crucified, stones will be thrown in her direction. She gonna burn and will be run out of Rome.

So Dragoni (I don't know who the hell he is or if he has any clue) estimated that Roma is worth approximately 150m at this point. If you are right G, and 190-200m (from the Swiss-German contingent) are not enough (reportedly Rosie turned down 280m from Soros last year), then I'm a little concerned because of what I read earier in the week about Angelini not willing to overpay. Something will have to give if there is any chance for a deal.

Lo stadio della Roma. L’offerta degli svizzeri (e non solo). In mezzo, la famiglia Sensi, proprietaria del pacchetto di maggioranza della società giallorossa. E’ la sintesi di una giornata che, alla luce del sole, ha visto solo la visita della dottoressa Rosella Sensi, accompagnata dalla dottoressa Cristina Mazzoleni responsabile amministrativa della Roma calcio, Borsa in testa, in Campidoglio. Direttamente nell’ufficio del sindaco Gianni Alemanno, dopo aver salutato l’assessore Fabio De Lillo, tifoso romanista doc, e scherzato, ma non troppo, con qualche impiegato che era vestito di biancoceleste e manifestava ad alta voce il legittimo entusiasmo per la coppa Italia finita nella bacheca di Formello.

L’OFFERTA - Ad essere maligni, la vicenda dello stadio di proprietà della Roma può sembrare l’ultima carta che la famiglia Sensi può mettere sul tavolo da gioco di una partita che mette in palio la proprietà giallorossa. Quella per cui, nelle ultime settimane, in molti hanno evidenziato manifestazioni d’interesse, per usare le stesse parole scritte nei comunicati congiunti di Italpetroli e Roma calcio. E c’è stato pure chi, come l’imprenditore farmaceutico dottor Francesco Angelini, che la manifestazione d’interesse l’ha resa pubblica. E oggi, dopo aver parlato con le Banche, sembra intenzionato ad aspettare gli eventi e, una volta che dovessero sfumare gli svizzeri, sarebbe pronto a fare la sua offerta, da solo, per il pacchetto di maggioranza della Roma. Prima, però, c’è la cordata Vinicio Fioranelli, chiamiamola così, quella che prima si è mossa per acquisire la Roma. E che proprio in queste ultime ore avrebbe formalizzato l’offerta, con relative garanzie bancarie, alla famiglia Sensi, consegnandola quindi all’avvocato De Giovanni, un’offerta che sarebbe quantificabile in una cifra molto simile a quelle garantita da George Soros poco più di un anno fa (283 milioni), offerta che all’epoca non fu sufficiente per l’improvvisa quanto misteriosa, anzi no, comparsa di un arabo pronto a rilanciare. Arabo poi rivelatosi un miraggio. Ora Fioranelli e company, un componente della famiglia Flick, un fondo svizzero, un’entità italiana tuttora misteriosa e pare pure un fondo libico devono solo attendere una risposta che dovrebbe arrivare entro un paio di giorni, cioè dopo le necessarie verifiche economiche (i soldi).

LO STADIO - Su tutto questo, c’è il business stadio di proprietà, sul quale puntano, c’è chi dice le ultime fiches, i Sensi. Ieri, in questo senso, c’è stato un programmato incontro il sindaco Gianni Alemanno che, in compagnia dei tecnici del Comune, ha ricevuto nel suo ufficio la dottoressa Sensi e la dottoressa Mazzoleni, reduci dal Cda trimestrale della Roma (dove nella relazione date alle stampe, a sorpresa si è scoperto il prolungamento contrattuale sino al 2013 per il direttore tecnico Bruno Conti e il ds Daniele Pradè, complimenti). Da quello ci risulta, tutto è stato fatto meno che mettere la parola fine alle parole, ovvero la presentazione di un progetto con scelta del terreno e stadio, quello che peraltro il primo cittadino della capitale da tempo ha richiesto. L’idea è uno stadio con annesso centro commerciale da vendere (prima) a una grande catena internazionale. Dove, è ancora un mistero, ieri è comparsa anche una nuova zona possibile, la Massimina, sulla via Aurelia, che però non sembra aver riscontrato grande successo, anche se questi terreni hanno tra i proprietari anche la famiglia Caltagirone che, attraverso le parole di Edoardo, ventiquattro ore prima, al punto da poter far suppore un recentissimo contatto tra le due famiglie. Più fattibile è l’ipotesi dei terreni alla Centrale del Latte. Sì, ma quando?
