I like Tevez and would be happy to see him in Milan, but I think we filled our need with Pato in that position, sounds like typical BS with the amount involved as we are too cheap for that. I'd aim for a target man at this point as this is a need. Sell Ronaldinho, make Seedorf a permanent bench player, get Gourcuff to play in that classic Seedorf role in the diamnond mifield back in 02-05 and I think Rino and Pirlo are still good as starters. Move Flamini to RB (if he had a bit more height he'd be perfect for that role)

I'm not saying it's something I want to see happen. I'm just saying that I think Vooch's mix of skills and habits would make him quite a nice complement to the rest of the Milan side. I think his movements, touch, and pace would make him a pretty effective 'target man', despite not really being a true target man as such.

When Inter striker Mario Balotelli shot to fame last year after netting a sensational brace against Juventus in the Coppa Italia, he quickly started grabbing plenty of column inches in the Italian press.

Everyone came to know his life story and how he was born to Ghanaian immigrants in Palermo and then raised by a foster family in the province of Brescia. Much was written about his past and, among other things, it was alleged that ‘Super Mario’ supported a team with red and black stripes as a child: Milan.

He explained that he just used to watch Milan tapes to see his idol Marco van Basten in action.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport readers were treated to a very compromising picture this morning: Mario went shopping with a friend and was spotted in front of an official Milan store, leaning against the entrance door and chatting with the owner.

Meanwhile, it is claimed that his gesture after netting a goal against Chievo last weekend was not aimed at the Clivensi supporters, but rather at Jose Mourinho, who had apparently reprimanded the striker at half-time.

The english media (known to be full of shit most of the time, but still) are swarming with reports that Ancelotti is the next Che£$ea manager, with some even saying he has signed a 'pre-contract' (whatever the fuck that means in manager terms). Any real truth to it? With each day that goes by it looks like it will happen. Could be good for Milan, yeah?

I also find it funny that the english media are taking the viewpoint that Chelsea are 'taking' Carlo from Milan, as in that it will be a blow to the club. They haven't mentioned anything about how a large portion of Milan fans want actually want him to go

Silvio Berlusconi has always been big on loyalty and as long as someone is willing to show their commitment to the AC Milan cause then there will always be a place at the table for them. Carlo Ancelotti has certainly gorged himself on the fat of the land over the years - both as a player and, for the last eight terms, as coach. So it came as a surprise that dear old Silvio – who, love him or loathe him, is something of a sentimentalist when it comes to his club – should unceremoniously show Carlo the door with a size eight firmly planted up his ample derriere.

But then, what if his coach wasn't demonstrating the requisite devotion? Someone who is running the country should know a thing a two about what is going on around him and apparently the MP was none too pleased to find out that his trainer had been in meetings with Chelsea officials during a flying visit to the sleepy backwater of Vicenza at the start of the week.

What loyalty then from his No.1, who at various times over the last few seasons could easily have been sacked? If Ancelotti is still humming and hawing over whether to leave for pastures blue, why not then make that decision a lot easier by laying the blame for Milan’s failure to land the league title on the coach’s broad shoulders?

Silvio Berlusconi Denies Blaming Carlo Ancelotti For Milan's Scudetto Failure


Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has denied blaming coach Carlo Ancelotti for his side's Scudetto failure this season.

Earlier this week La Repubblica caused a row when they claimed Berlusconi had allegedly told a group of Italian tourists that Milan's fruitless campaign was down to one man – Ancelotti.

There was sheer astonishment at the club when they heard the news, and reports claimed that Berlusconi's comments had signalled a nail in Ancelotti's coffin.

However, the club chief has stepped in to deny the paper's claims.

“I have never been interested in this matter. I have heard that certain quotes have been attributed to me left, right, and centre, but I fall from the clouds,â€
