How much of a say does Genoa have for Criscito to return to Turin? I thought that since we owe him, we can get him back at the end of the season without a problem, but I read an article that suggested that Genoa "have the right to buy him". What's that all about?

Criscito for Juve return

Juventus-owned defender Domenico Criscito will return to Turin from Genoa at the end of the season, according to his representative. The former Azzurrini star has been on loan at Marassi where he has impressed in an overachieving side. Genoa could try to sign Criscito permanently, but his agent expects him to return to the Stadio Olimpico.

All in all, if I were Juve's transfer manager, these would be the transfers I would go for (taking into account that Diego and Canna are indeed coming):

IN: Criscito, Chiellini, Cannavaro, Zapata, Zuniga, D'Agostino, Diego
OUT: Molinaro, Mellberg, Knezevic, Grygera, Zebina, Tiago, Marchionni, Nedved (ret.)
SELL from loan: Almiron, Palladino (unfortunately)

This, in my opinion, would generate enough finds to buy a world-class team with enough depth to challenge any team in the world.
