Ok Stefano. I really don’t like to get into arguments like this one, since I don’t come hear to argue about McDonalds or any other thing, but to read and chat about football.

You initially asked me a question, and I provided some of the basic information that I learned about in class, which shed light on the fast-food industry. As I’ve said before, based on what I learned, and on what I’ve personally seen, McD’s is the worst of them all. If I would have know 1 ½ years ago when I took that class that I was going to have this argument with you, I would have saved all of the readings and information that I read.

When I said you had two points that were true, that was correct, just as the rest of the information that you’ve given, but the way that you put that information, you can make anyone believe that McD’s is an all admirable corporation, which is not. Sure they have done good, but they have done more harm to the masses based on what they sell to us, all of that tasty stuff, but beginning in the 90’s and today, their clear objective is profit. Most people like you might see it as custumer satisfaction, due to its convenience and prices.

The darker side implies what most of us don’t know about McD’s, such as their hiring and employment practices, their means of offering what you call, “basic food packaged in a convenient form, sold at enormous value for the money that has tremendous family appeal.â€

So profit = evil? That's a fairly anti-American sentiment and does seem to sum up your argument pretty well.
