Frenchy, you're that optimistic about Diamoutene. Even if he ahs the potential to be very good, is he ready for the level of play? I don't know, though he did well against Arsenal. One thing he would not bring is experience or versatility...

Maro as for the Chivu points I think you and I were the "chivu nut huggers" on this board. The way he was treated was disgusting and unprofessional. Pauly, as for him going to Inter, remember of the big taems, at least until recently, we had a good relationship with Inter. Much better than that of Milan or Juve...

Thats what I'm most afraid of, Shield. Roma missed an opportunity last summer to sign one player that would put us over the top. I understand that they tried with Mutu, but they didn't have a backup plan (Menez is not a back up plan). If we miss out on the CL, not only will Roma not even think about going for a player like that this summer, but I doubt that we will see much quality added to the squad. We also have to keep in mind that we may need to find a new coach, because if we miss out on the CL, then Spalletti walks. This is looking like it will be a long summer for Roma.

good point shield. Stingyface rosella will always use any shitty excuse she can find. Perhaps now that she has a child her maternal instincts will convince her to sell the club to a competent, wealthy, and glory hungry young billionaire that will guide the club to a greedy thirty year trophy fest.

Watching the Uefa cup is gonna suck ass. So will seeing Genoa crash out in the group stage of the CL

Sadly, we may see much of the hard work over the past few seasons will come to an end.
