Fuck Me!!! This suspension and injury bullshit is going to kill us. Well thank god its early stages and we will be able to get through the CL first group stage when we have our full team back. I'm more worried about keeping pace in the Scudetto race considering the vast array of competition. What is a make-shift Inter CL defense going to look like?

And if Samuel doesn't pull up??
Did Cesar get a call up for our CL list?

I think Zanetti will have to play CB if Samuel cannot shrug off that injury.

MILAN - On his return to Italy this afternoon Cristian Chivu underwent medical tests at Pavia's San Matteo hospital to assess the entity and extent of the injury sustained during the first half of yesterday's international friendly between Germany and Romania. The defender has suffered a anterior-lower dislocation of his left shoulder.

Franco Benazzo, director of the hospital's orthopaedic clinic, and Inter chief of medical staff Franco Combi have immobilised Chivu's shoulder and scheduled a programme of rehabilitation therapy.

E' Rafael Van der Vaart il prossimo obiettivo dell'Inter. Il club nerazzurro ha già iniziato a trattare il giocatore dell'Amburgo fin dagli ultimi giorni di agosto. L'obiettivo è portarlo a Milano per sostituire Luis Figo. La prima richiesta del club tedesco è stata di 25 milioni. Troppi. L'Inter però può permettersi di aspettare. Fino a gennaio, magari anche a giugno. L'obiettivo nerazzurro è far scendere la cifra fino a 15 milioni, una richiesta ritenuta adeguata per un giocatore di talento e di soli 24 anni. Van der Vaart piace molto ai dirigenti, ma soprattutto a Roberto Mancini. E inoltre è grande amico di Zlatan Ibrahimovic che accogliere il suo arrivo con grande entusiasmo. L'Amburgo sa di doverlo perdere. Già quest?estate, l?olandese aveva deciso di andarsene, accettando l'offerta del Valencia. Adesso è entrata in scena l'Inter, grazie anche all'intervento di un agente Fifa che sta portando avanti la trattativa. Anche perché gli oltre due anni in Bundesliga hanno dimostrato la sua capacità di adattarsi a una realtà completamente diversa rispetto a quella dell'Ajax.

I don't watch the bundesliga either but i have seen him the international games and a little bit at ajax......This fellow is surely very talented and much much more than an average player......

He has been doing very well for hamburg with a team like that.....He would surely do better with a world class team and players around him.....

Inter’s Colombian defender Nelson Rivas is set to be the beneficiary of the Nerazzurri’s injury crisis and claims he's ready for the Champions League.
