i wonder though if these financial buys instead of sporting ones are to give us some $$$ back for what we lost not qualifying for the CL and then funds our summer to a smaller degree? maybe its Berlus way of killing two birds with one stone

he got us two young defenders - for cheap but there young and defenders thats 2 tick on the list for me
he got us Beckham who has won us so many games, in to strenghten the midfield and to return us some money
maybe Dinho was for the same reason i dont know for sure as we have chased him for a while...

In the next transfer market, AC Milan will probably adopt a new strategy. Though an important investment is needed to replace an important player like Paolo Maldini, the club seems intended to reduce the total amount of the players' salaries of 30 million euros. Also, if they will qualify for an international competition, the UEFA requires that in the list there will be at least 4 players grown in the club's youth teams. For this reason Milan are observing the performances of the player loaned to some other club,like Torino 22 year old Ignazio Abate, Reggina 20 year old Davide Di Genaro, Parma 20 year old striker Mario Paloschi and Livorno 22 year old defender Romano Perticone.

i think abate definitely deserves a shot with us. i hear hes been tearing it up with torino. paloschi has 5 goals in 25 games for parma in serie B, which is nothing special really. di gennaro's first goal was against us, and he didn't seem to be all that and a bag of potato chips. and i've never seen perticone play.

Why only for "this reason"? I would've thought that the point of loaning players out would be to monitor their progress. But yeah, Abate seems like the player best equipped for a return...and Di Gennaro has to be the biggest disappointment of the lot. And hopefully we give Albertazzi a chance as well.

AC Milan have joined the the race to sign Brazilian striking sensation Keirrison, with both Liverfekkin'wankscum and Barcelona reportedly keen on landing the talented youngster. The 20-year-old Coritiba front-man - who is owned by Traffic Sports Marketing in an arrangement similar to that of Manchester United forward Carlos Tevez - is currently on loan at Brazilian giants Palmeiras and netted 13 league goals in his first 10 appearances this season.

Man, we need to be back to CL...I think that 1-year off that we had now just shows how hard Italian clubs are sucking; its been several years actually this was probably masked by Milan's deep, deep CL runs in recent years. At this rate, Italy's UEFA coefficiant, which was mostly built by Milan anyways, will fall into 4th which means 1 less CL spot, now that would be disastrous

On the other hand, Im glad Inter's out. Juve and Roma both probably deserved a bit more against the English fucks, but there's no question now that EPL and La Liga are ahead of us..
