In this past decade, you have a point.

Hey Roma outplayed Chelsea, 1-0 loss away and then a 3-1 at home. Yes I am well aware that this is not knock out and England appears to be Roma's kryptonite, if you will.

Inter have never performed well in the CL not when taking into consideration their financial strength and roster. Hey it took them forever to win the Scudetto. Juve? The were a bunch of criminals anyhow. Regardless they and Milan have done well historically, and lets not forget both made the CL final in 2003 (long ago). Sad to say it but Milan's been the stalwart that has done well.

A 10th place team in England consistently beating its counterpart in Italy? Don't think so. The disparity once you leave the top 4 or 6 in England is huge, particularly on a technical level.

As for Roma vs Arsenal, we are mentally stronger than them. Have you read about the dressing room problems between Toure and Gallas and the fact that neither of them are mentally stable? Eboue does not like being played out of position. Roma might not be a pillar of mental strength but Arsenal are usually in shambles. If they can be rattled they collapse. And if they progess past us, I do not see them going further because of this.

Once again, 'tec, with the money Milan have and have spent you had better damn well have a better starting 11 at full strength.

Maro and 'tec about Arsenal's speed, they probably are physically faster but lets remember how big the vaccum was in the middle of the park with Perotta running around everywhere and being in the treq position and DDR protecting Loria. There was no one to consistenly be present and stamp authority and so of course lightweights like Denilson are going to go full speed. Let's also not forget how big of a difference Pizarro was in being able to hold and pass the ball and how much this negated Arsenal's speed.

With all this emphasis on speed, how come England (a team of English players with supposed speed and strength) consistently sucks balls so often? I could swear they didn't qualify for some major recent tournament...

I'm more than happy to give Fergusen and Wenger credit as fantastic managers though.

I wonder what percentage of Premiershite midfielders are blick. I'm sure Mourinho signed Muntari to try and get this into his Inter midfield mix. Perhaps we should bring Barrusso back. Or Fatty. Seriously, I'm not sure Brighi and Perrotta aren't pretty damn fit. It's just that they're not quite the same physical specimens (ooh err) as Diaby or Eboue.

According to Goal.com Panucci is going to hold a press conference to apologise to The Mister and the Club. If this is the case I hope to God they slot him in next to Mexes this weekend if Juan isn't healthy. Pity the Champions League list can't be changed.
