What a beautiful goal but typical Cicinho - he knows if he stays on much longer he's going to come up with some massive error and undo his good work so he wisely goes off with a pulled heart-string. I think we've seen why spags started with Perrotta at trequartista, no? shield, it would be nice if Vooch could stop alternating the excellent with the unbelievably bad. There was an ample scattering of both in that half.

I hope cicinho has just hyperextended that knee, though it's impossible not to suspect the worst. I once hyper-extended the knee and at the time was in agony and was sure I'd done my ligaments but in the end the swelling and pain went down inside a couple of days and I was playing again two weeks later. A lesser man would have been dead, admittedly.
