So I logged on here and I read what happened over on "Theoffside" with the other Tifosi. I had to read for myself.....how comical!

Professore, although I admire Bashar for his interest and knowledge of the team, I have to admit that he is one of the reason's I disliked posting over there. It is Bashar and his usual close-knit friends (Im sure you can guess who some of them are), who always talked amongst themselves and never addressed anyone, especially the newbies, and if they did, it seemed to me to be rather forced, or condescendingly. As if their thoughts and comments are the only things that matter.

One has to just look at how any blogger that posts something there, say a warning or advice about "Maro being the Itenarent Puerto Rican" and the warning passes right through their heads. I wonder, is it because they just look for their friends names and read only what their friends write, or are they really that oblivious as to not be able to add 2+2 together and know who is who, etc.????....AMAZING!

In addition, how many times have people like Lupa warned the others about not taking Maro seriously, and not to talk to the so called "trolls," yet they continue to undermine the advice and engage in pissing contests? Anyways, the same can be said of a couple of the other guys there, who I don't know if they are just overly proud, or just ignorant? Perhaps its neither, and they are just too wrapped up with themselves.

I must admit, it was funny to read all of the stuff that happened there today (or last night for you guys). That was very entertaining for me. I saw that my name was brought up again, but I will chose to disregard what was said, its pointless.

I feel so at odds with the newest news on panucci and his up-coming apology.

My heart wants to forgive him, because of what he has done for our team through the years, and what he has meant for us. The goals, the captaincy, the dedication, and the fact that he seemed to be a good guy.

However, my head and rational side refuses to forgive him for his latest, and career-ending tantrum. That was a sheer classless, money-hungry, and egotistical move that he pulled. Plus, as may have said, the timing of it all, and now the 'late-coming' apology is pure chicken shite!

We'll see what he says, but I think that depending on how things pan out at the end of the season in May, many of us will be able to forgive him, or just wish him an enjoyable retirement (as Italiamia says).
