Gentlemen, I am a little bit drunk, to be sure, but if you have a moment over Christmas, take a moment to listen to these two clips for me. They are, I think, extraordinary. The first is from Beethoven's 'Heilige Dankgesang', the third movement of one of his very last string quartets.

So simple, so frail, and staggeringly moving. I am blessed to live in a world enriched by these gentlemen. On a less sentimental level, I am also blessed to live in a world enriched by you gentlemen. what would you guys think if you got gourcuff to sweeten the deal? although mexes is an integral part of your team, and you'll need an immediate replacement, but would the addition of a potential superstar in gourcuff be enough for you guys?

but at the same time, is there any truth to these rumors?

I had a bottle or two of that '82 Chatueax Montrose stuff the other night to warm up before hittin the real stuff, i.e. a crate of bleedin Bulmers. Been a rough old Christmas but all the family were together in me brothers house so all the nephews and nieces were there so if was good fun playing wit all the kids and they're toys. Gio, thanks for your kind words, it was particularly tough for the mother as you can imagine and she just wanted it over as quickly as possible, but we are all ok.
