kaka' and gattuso are stepping up big time this season. and ronaldinho is turning out to be a trustworthy matchwinner in all definitions of it.

we should've blown these guys away. we're playing with 3 strikers and we didn't get one decent counterattack the whole game, instead we decide to pass the ball around in the middle of the pitch. sometimes i just dont get carlo.

a win is a win, and this is our bazillionth ugly win of the season, but lady luck will only give us head for so long....

Swiss defender Philippe Senderos was victorious on his long-awaited Milan debut but admits it was hard work as he still isn't fully fit. Senderos joined the Diavolo from Arsenal on loan in the summer, but he has only just returned to match-fitness. The 23-year-old looked authoritative in the centre of defence during Milan's 1-0 UEFA Cup win over Braga, but he still isn't 100 per cent.

I'd agree with Senderos about his performance...he did get better as the game went on and in the second half proved to be the defender who could help us with aerial balls.
Ronaldinho came in late enough and was ineffectual for the most part but more than made up for it with that stunner. It was awesome to see him readying himself for that shot; the class is definitely still there...As long as he keeps his head on his shoulders he should be back to his best after the winter break.

i sure hope he's nowhere near 100% because he was awful yesterday.

interestingly enough, if we win the uefa cup, it would boost our uefa coefficient even more so than winning the cl would, the current system is so fucked up.

Wow just watched the highlights of your game last night ( http://www.101greatgoals.com/videodisplay/1739262/ ) and Senderos looked horrible, getting skinned by the big centre-forward on several occasions. No wonder he was making excuses.

I will give Snderos a couple of games to get back to fitness before making any judgements, so i'll cut hm some slack for now

as for Dinho, even though he won a couple of matches for us, Im expecting much more from him, his inconsistency is quite staggering really

I'm convinced now that 4-3-2-1 will not give us enough attacking edge in Serie A against teams 'parking the bus'. We are so struggling to find a breakthrough and I think the derby was the last time we found a winner in the first half. 4-2-3-1 proved, yet again, last week, that it can allow us to create so many chances and stretch the opposition. It really gives us an extra dimension and Carlo should seriosly make this our regular formation for most Serie A games....of course not in big games but these are only few ones anyways
