Yes it is tough Dejan, but everyone has to play these games sooner or later, so I guess its the same for the other teams too. Having said that, if we do repeat the same form we had between Oct-Dec in the past couple of seasons, I would pretty much say we'd have the Scudetto wrapped up by Christmas. Though I reckon that there are much more difficult games this time around.

This is simply ridiculous. I know there is no football this week and they have to fill up newspapers, but this? Hamsik is a great player, and IMO he is on the wanted list by Jose since he is a very similar player to Lampard, but to give Cruz & Cambiasso?? Come on..

Evidentemente non troppo. Era arrivato il Napoli, e il fiuto di Pierpaolo Marino aveva centrato l'obiettivo: e Hamsik in maglia azzurra ha mostrato tutto il suo talento, e anche di piÃƒÂ¹. Il pentimento dei dirigenti interisti ÃƒÂ¨ stato istantaneo. E l'idea di insistere col club di De Laurentiis per strappare Hamsik -costi quel che costi- ÃƒÂ¨ l'idea che rimane.

Quanto offrire? Chi offrire? L'ultima voce, dice che Julio Cruz e Esteban Cambiasso potrebbero accasarsi al Napoli, in cambio di Hamisk. Con un conguaglio a corredo, per una valutazione non inferiore ai 25 milioni di euro. PuÃƒÂ² essere? Cruz e Cambiasso hanno voglia di cambiare aria? Ed ÃƒÂ¨ da capire quanto il progetto-Napoli avrÃƒÂ la forza, che ÃƒÂ¨ una forza autentica, di restare tale. Comunque sia, per la prossima estate il discorso ÃƒÂ¨ avviato. I'd expect them to maybe want a player like Balotelli in a straight swap but even then I'd find it hard to believe they'd let go of Hamsik. Aqua will probably be our number 1 target next season and he looks a real possibility. We should also start looking at some new CB's with ours looking shite atm.

Out of that list, the double header with Juve and Napoli looks pretty good, especially since both games are at the San Siro.

Stop flamebaiting Shieldy! We just went through 6 months of transfer rumors involving Mancio & Mourinho and then Quaresma and Lampard. At least with the Aqua case, you know he's going to be leaving at the end of the season to us in a straight swap for Stankovic so you can make your peace with it now.

What Do I Have To Do To Earn Respect? - Mourinho

Inter coach Jose Mourinho talked about the alleged lack of respect shown towards him by the Italian media, and also talked about the economic crisis.

Although he has been in Italy for just a few months, it seems as if Inter coach Jose Mourinho has been a part of the Italian football scene for years. In fact, the polemics and controversy caused by some of the coach's words are more than many of his colleagues can boast in an entire career.

Today Mourinho gave another interview in which he drew up a balance of his Italian adventure so far, claiming he is baffled by the lack of respect shown for his past achievements, and also talked about the possible impact of the economic crisis on the football world.

"Being arrogant or likeable doesn't matter to me," he said. "I don't know your culture that well yet. For example, in England, someone who has won something very important, who has entered history, is considered a winner for life. Here, it seems you have to do something extraordinary to earn respect. Who knows, maybe there is some tournament on the moon that I still have to win to have more consideration."

On economic problems engulfing the world right now, which considering his paycheck he probably won't suffer much from, Mourinho said: "I am not an expert, but I understand enough to know that this is a serious matter. I don't know if there are reasons to be afraid. But I would accept getting less money, if it were for the good of everyone else."

Jose Mourinho's Inter are top of the Serie A table along with Lazio and Udinese, with 13 points from 6 games.

Cordoba Blasts Mancini-Basher Ibra

Inter defender Ivan Cordoba has defended former coach Roberto Mancini after he came under heavy criticism from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Mancio was sacked by the club following his failure to guide them to European success last term and he was the victim of some tough words coming from Ibra, who blasted the old coach again this week by saying he never learned anything from him.

Cordoba has now jumped to Mancini's defence and he has told his team mate to watch his mouth and have more respect.

"I respect everyone's opinion but I think Zlatan needs to understand what Mancini did here over the years and he always made him play.

"I think Ibra was a little harsh on Mancio but I don't know if there were further problems between the two. He was always injured under Mancini and he didn't play as he wanted to and maybe that is why he has been talking like this.

"There is never a coach who gets along with the players because we are never happy with anything.

"We are working well and Jose Mourinho can help us make the step up but we should never forget Mancini because we won plenty with him and we should thank him for that."

Mancini led Inter to consecutive league titles during his four year stint there before being replaced by the 'Special One' this summer. Cordoba will be hoping Ibra takes note of his actions.
