The only reason I see Mourinho keeping Ibra out there is because he's working to get the formation/playing style perfect while he can. Mou said it will take a long time to get the exact playing style he wants so I suppose he wants the team to settle as quickly as possible before giving players rests. I imagine he would of subbed him off about the 60th min but we hadn't scored so he was forced to make more attacking subs. It was funny how even after we scored, Lecce didn't even care to attack and seemed happy with the 1 - 0 loss. Oh well, better for us I suppose.

I can't even really call a M.O.M but in terms of impact, Q77/Maicon were the most effective so that should say how boring the first half was. Adriano was decent; created some good chances. Vieira and Stankovic (read useless) were subbed off at half time and Chivu was subbed for Cruz which were very good attacking changes although we didn't have much of a choice seeing as we needed to score.

Boriello got injured in the Milan game and from what I've seen of him this season, he's been in good touch so a bit of good news for us.

Holy crap, did we find it tough yesterday? Fuckin Lecce decided to play 10 men inside their own half, possibly in their own penalty box. It was extremely difficult to score against this kind of formation. Passing the half way line seemed to be a bonus for them...
Whatever, its games like these that wins you a Scudetto, so I'm happy. Now the derby...

I think Matrix will start and that's the reason he was rested for the Lecce game. Ancelotti has confidently predicted that they will score from a corner kick. And derby brings out some crazy things like kaladzhe popping up in the penalty area to score. So Mou will mostly go back to be matrix-cordoba/burdisso.

Otherwise as you say the team picks itself.

Ranieri Fires Back At Mourinho

Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri has hit back at Inter tactician Jose Mourinho as their war of words continues to develop.

The Juventus man was heckled again by the 'Special One' who said that Ranieri should look at himself and learn to speak proper English before judging others after the Tinkerman said it was dispectful for coaches not to take press conferences.

Mourinho has decided to skip a couple of meetings with the press which has gone down to well around the peninsula.

The war of words between the two shows no sign of ending anytime soon as Ranieri takes the bait once again and finds himself being drawn into the fray.

"I used to show up in front of the cameras even if I didn't know how to speak English," said Ranieri.

"At 70 I also learned English and Spanish even though I struggled a little. In any case it's alsways difficult.

"I guess everyone has their own time in terms of doing things.

"Obviously some journalists must have told him that I criticised him when really I didn't, I was just giving my own opinion.

"Anyway, like I said before, I don't want to cause any trouble between the clubs."

Juve are not happy with the way Mourinho has been ranting and raving and the Bianconeri may be even more disappointed if Inter win the Derby Della Madonnina tomorrow night, as that would mean the Old Lady falling further behind in the Serie A rankings.
