Maybe some of our guys should recall the words of Baggio the Great:


"Quando sei in una squadra, quando vivi in un ambiente, "quella" è la tua maglia. E cerchi sempre e comunque di onorarla."

I'm not so sure the modern player can appreciate such a philosophy. I always thought things were different at Roma. Even though we have won very little, the players of the past always honored the jersey.

When it came to calcio, and Roma in particular, this passage from the Bible did not apply to me. Unfortunately guys, I think it's over now. Why do I watch? Why do I care? I'm now too old for this shite. I mean look at me. I sit around posting on a site with kids of another generation. My wife said to me during the Cluj disaster: "how the hell can you sit there in front of the computer for an hour with your head buried in your hands..., it's just a game." I think I need to grow up.
