the man, with all the trash delio rossi was talking about lazio being equal to milan, they did not come for the win. they were playing extremely deep and hoped that long balls to zarate and pandev would be enough to get them a chance on goal.

they didnt play as deep as other teams, but they had a defensive outlook and their attack was pretty one dimensional, as even their goal was through the only avenue they looked to when attacking us, the counterattack.

our performance vs. lazio was vintage in the respect that our possession was focused through the left but we always had zambrotta (our new cafu) as an option down the right, and zambrotta is a very intelligent player in holding the ball and going forward.

our biggest problem is our width, with favalli we have no width at all. i dont understand why carlo doesnt try antonini, hes had a minimum 5 top flight seasons in the serie A already, for f's sake hes 26 already!!! use him! he should be experienced enough!!

but we are getting carried away, until we string some good results together, we cannot sit still.

i know we should play with 2 strikers based on the form of the players, and that it is the only formulation that we won with, but i don't like where this is going, this means we need to bench ronaldinho everygame, and i don't like that a bit, i believe ronni can be a good assest to us, but we need to give him confidence, benching him is not the way IMO.
