I'm going to watch it on ESPN tonight at my cousin's so no link tonight unfortunately, Lomba. Good to see Chivu, Burdisso and Rivas back in the squad and by the sounds of things, Stankovic will be back by the Lecce game according to Mourinho.
Interesting part of the Mourinho interview before the game;
Do you prefer the 4-3-3 or 4-4-2?
"You can ask me this in every pre-match press conference. I think it's better for me to reply once and for all: it's my philosophy that is the most important thing, not one tactical system or another. We want to create a philosophy and we always look to play with it. The philosophy that I want to transmit to the team is what we call model of play in Portugal, and I want it to become automatic for my players. It's much more than a tactical system that can be 4-4-2 or 4-3-3, and it can be subject to changes because it's just a question of position. It is essential for us to have a clear philosophy. We obviously aren't there yet but one day we'll get there and we know what we have to do."
How long will it take you to transmit this philosophy to the team?
"It's something you obtain gradually, day after day, match after match. Results are important for the confidence the players need. But I won't change direction, it's my philosophy and my experience of football. In the Champions League, for example, I think a team needs to be more adaptable to the style of play it is up against. Playing in Italy is one thing, playing in Europe is another. But sometimes you can find it very difficult if you're not prepared to play in Europe with a different philosophy. I'm preparing my team to play in these two competitions. I don't know how long it will take, but two or three months certainly aren't enough to get the team playing close to perfection. And I say 'close' because you can never reach perfection."
Anyway guys, goodluck with tonights game and I'll post tomorrow since I won't be watching it at home.

What a great game! IMHO, I didnt even think about 1 goal lol, but 3! we dominated for 70 minutes straight. their goal came suddenly and shaked us abit, was on my toes the last 20 minutes tbh. and what a great goal by maicon!

Mourinho and Inter appear a match made in heaven

Inter Milan built on their positive start in Europe by storming to the top of the Serie A table for the first time this season with a 3-1 victory at Torino.
An own goal by Marco Pisano, and one goal apiece from Brazilian fullback Maicon and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, four days after a 2-0 Champions League win over Panathinaikos, provided further proof the marriage between Inter and new coach Jose Mourinho is gelling nicely.
And the top of the tree is taking on a familiar look with Juventus moving up to second after their 1-0 success at rock bottom Cagliari.
Lazio, the only remaining team with a 100 percent record, can regain the league lead if they win Sunday's evening match at AC Milan, who are currently held off the bottom only by hapless Cagliari.
Inter were at their dominant best in Turin and there were clear signs that Mourinho's magic has already started to take effect.
The former Chelsea manager started the redeemed Adriano up front alongside Sweden striker Ibrahimovic and the pair proved too much for Torino.
But Mourinho chose to focus on the Swede's contribution at the beginning of the campaign than Adriano's return.
"Ibrahimovic has had two incredible games and again today he was exceptional," said Mourinho.
"Is Adriano back? We'll see. For me it's not enough to play well once in the league and once in the Champions League.
"For me it's more important that he realises that he messed up a lot."
Adriano lost form and shape over the previous two seasons and also complained of depression leading to a loan move to Sao Paulo. But now he is on the right track to get back to his best.
It was he who freed fellow Brazilian Alessandro Mancini on the right after 24 minutes with the winger's cross being turned into his own net by Pisano.
Just two minutes later Maicon doubled the lead as he was allowed to run unopposed to the corner of the Torino box before unleashing into the top corner a howitzer that two goalkeepers could not have stopped.
And Ibrahimovic rounded off the comprehensive victory, finishing off good work from Maicon and Mancini with the outside of his right foot.
Torino did not leave the building empty handed, though, as Elvis Abbruscato netted a Jurgen Samuel cross from close range 14 minutes from time.
Juventus were without injured French forward David Trezeguet but new Brazilian signing Amauri proved he is more than an ample replacement as he volleyed home strike partner Vincenzo Iaquinta's flick-on after 39 minutes.
In Florence Antonio Gilardino continued his return to top form with the winning goal for Fiorentina against Bologna in a 1-0 victory.
Gilardino, whose career seemed to be stalling at Milan last season, peeled off to the back post to thump home a header from Mario Santana's right-wing cross eight minutes before the break.
'La Viola' coach Cesare Prandelli said the Italy striker had found the right place to ply his trade.
"Gilardino has found the right calmness. He's found peace, the right atmosphere, the conviction that maybe he'd lost," said Prandelli.
"Other than scoring he worked really hard for the team. He's always available for the ball, he's not just a great goalscorer."
