Stendardo would be a solid choice for us, I like him a lot. He is not world class and has maxed out his potential, but he is a very underrated CB.
As for Zanetti... the guy has been good for us for sure, but he needed to be upgraded. Thanks for the good work Cristiano! Now I think he is better served as a rotational player.
Tiago... he needs to just go already.

Morra, where did I overrate Stendardo when my main description about him is that he's a big steady defender? And when an average defender like Barzagli is always called up to play for the Azzurri while an above average defender - Just in order not to irritate you - like Stendardo isn't, then there's something wrong.
As for Zanetti, I posted a video only to his last season's great assists and I asked about the last passer Juventus had, but neither you nor anyone answered my question. No one even gave me a small list of some world class passers for me to compare between them and Zanetti. All what you guys have to say is that I'm overrating him. Why...I don't know. While Tiago, whom even his coach said he's a flop, is still included in some lineups on these boards. I've explained my viewpoint regarding Zanetti and our centre midfield a lot, I have nothing more to say.

Ghanaian international midfielder Stephen Appiah is dreaming of a return to Juventus, but the Old Lady need to get rid of Tiago Mendes first.

Ok, so Zanetti made 9 complete passes in his carreer. Wow thats saying something.
Seriously, had you been talking about his tactical awareness, you'd find me in agreement. Also with regards to his positioning. But passing, no. Next we'll hear that Poulsen is another world-class passer, since he did feed Iaquinta perfectly in a pre-season friendly against Borussia Dortmund.. I will call a player a world class passer ONLY after seeing him get the same stats each and every year. Should we call Materazzi a great striker? He scored 13 goals in 1 season when he was at Perugia.
With regards to great passers, apart from the usual Pirlo (which is always the first to come to my mind) or Totti, I guess you just need to re-watch some of Spain's matches in this last Euro edition. I'm pretty sure you'd find something interesting in there.
