lol dejan. you are right. it is almost as if we have been spoiled. with the quaresma issue i thoguht we would have sold the players jose wanted out by now, to make up the funds. guess not. any talk on which clubs are interested?

MT, I'm not too disappointed that he re-signed because he'll be 31 next season and that probably would've left him with about 1 - 2 more seasons of good football for an astronomical wage which I don't think is worth it for Inter.

Onto more pressing matters and we've got the game vs Benfica coming up tomorrow. Great news; Chivu is now training with the first team along with Samuel and Cordoba so our defense will be back together, most likely, in the first week after the international break. Rivas won't be playing vs Benfica so it will probably be Cambiasso at CB.

Dacourt is injured again; what a fucking surprise. It would be a shame if Pele goes out on loan and this sack of shit, coupled with Vieira, get to stay at club. From this day forward, we have what we call the S.O.S (Sack of Shit) club at Internazionale and Vieira and Dacourt are the co-founders of this club. Burdisso was in this club, however, due to his great form and Mourinho's praise over pre-season has been kicked out due to actually being able to play games and contribute to the goals of the team. We'll see if any players are added during the season.

Quaresma Left Out Of Squad For Supercup

Porto winger Ricardo Quaresma was left out of the squad for the Supercup match against Sporting Lisbon, fuelling rumours of an imminent move to Inter.

Porto are about to start the official season with the Portuguese Supercup against Cup winners Sporting Lisbon, but once again their most representative player will be missing: winger Ricardo Quaresma, strongly wanted by Jose Mourinho at Inter, will take place on the stands to follow tonight's match. It seems that the Portuguese international is by now a fringe player of the champions, who have kept the player away from action throughout most of the pre-season period, when it became clear the Nerazzurri were strongly interested.

Although Inter president Massimo Moratti recently stated that he has no intention of buying any more players, it's undeniable that the skillful attacker would fit in very well in Mourinho's favored 4-3-3 system. Considering the player's situation, it's seems likely that an agreement will be found. Quaresma debuted with Sporting Lisbon in 2001, and earned a move to Barcelona in 2003, but couldn't quite make the cut there. He then moved back to Portugal with Porto the following year, where he has fared considerably better. Allegedly also Manchester United and Real Madrid have shown interest in the 24-year-old.

Quaresma wont be an Inter player before we can offload Suazo & possibly Crespo. If we dont manage to get them off our roster, we can forget about Quaresma.
