I didn't make up anything. In fact, I don't even have a point of view on this topic. This is why it is difficult to debate with you. You are too hard-headed and cannot look at things with an open mind. I'm looking at it from the outside and trying to put together what makes sense and is just sheer bullshit based on primary sources/non-biased articles, not blogs and extremely biased theories such as "Moggi was protecting Juve" or "it wasn't his fault, he was set-up". You said something and have not provided anything solid to back it up. It is what people do when they read literature. I wouldn't recommend a medication for a patient just because I read some blog that some doctor who was paid by a drug company says it is good for that condition. If you've read this thread, my position does not involve anything other than Moggi was involved in a complex system of corruption, which he was factually found guilty of. I've read both sides of the argument and think that they are both 2 good arguments. I don't think any juventino here denies the guilt. Whether or not he did it to "defend Juve" still makes him a criminal and does not take away the fact Juve were relegated, stripped of 2 championships, and lost their star players because of him and his antics which brings me to my original point of this debate: why idolize someone who did that to your team?? The fact that something "fishy" went down is only an assumption and not fact until there is adequate proof or the judicial system says otherwise. Again, what you BELIEVE is not actual FACT.

La Commissione Disciplinare Nazionale presieduta dall’avv. Sergio Artico, in merito al deferimento del Procuratore Federale a carico di Luciano Moggi (all’epoca dei fatti tesserato Juventus FC SpA), Mariano Fabiani (all’epoca dei fatti tesserato quale dirigente del FC Messina Peloro Srl), Pietro Franza (presidente FC Messina Peloro Srl), Mario Bonsignore (all’epoca dei fatti tesserato quale dirigente FC Messina Peloro Srl), Gianluca Paparesta (arbitro effettivo sez. AIA di Bari), Romeo Paparesta (all’epoca dei fatti arbitro emerito), Tiziano Pieri (arbitro effettivo sez. AIA di Lucca), Salvatore Racalbuto (già arbitro effettivo), Stefano Cassarà (già arbitro effettivo), Antonio Dattilo (già arbitro effettivo), Paolo Bertini (arbitro effettivo associato sez. AIA di Arezzo), Marco Gabriele (già arbitro effettivo), Massimo De Santis (già arbitro effettivo) Marcello Ambrosino (assistente associato sez. AIA di Torre del Greco NA); e delle società Juventus FC SpA e FC Messina Peloro Srl, ha irrogato le seguenti sanzioni:

Luciano Moggi, la sanzione dell’inibizione di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 2 (due);
Mariano (Angelo) Fabiani la sanzione dell’inibizione di anni 4 (quattro);
Tiziano Pieri, la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Salvatore Racalbuto la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Stefano Cassarà, la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Antonio Dattilo, la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Paolo Bertini la sanzione di della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Marco Gabriele la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Marcello Ambrosino la sanzione della squalifica di anni 1 (uno) e mesi 6 (sei);
Massimo De Santis la sanzione della squalifica di mesi 6 (sei);

La sentenza fa riferimento al deferimento del 23 aprile 2008 per violazione dell’art. 1 § 1 del CGS per - si legge nel dispositivo – “avere costituito un sistema di comunicazioni telefoniche riservate intrattenute tra il Moggi e il Fabiani, da una parte, e gli associati AIAâ€

Yet another ban for yet another trial concluded with no proof, answers, explanations or in this case recorded calls. The entire trial was based on the assumption that a number pertaining to Moggi dialing a number in say the Bari area had to have been calling...Paparesta because that is where he lived. Countless testimonies proved the assumptions wrong (i.e. hotel receipts that showed Paparesta out of Italy let alone Bari) but it made no difference again. In Italy all you have to be to get a ban is a Moggi, guilt is meaningless. Oh well...at least anti-Juventini have one more thing to chant about now. One thing is certain, two and a half years have passed and some 5 trials concluded and still not a single fixed match has surfaced. I feel for Anti-Juventini...they have proven that they will pretty much believe anything so long as it is suits their initial bias.

On a more important note, I got a letter from the head of Giu Le Mani. Luc Mission is preparing all necessary steps in order to take the case to Europe and now even higher than the Commerce Court. They are preparing an appeal to the EU Civil Rights Court. It may take time but there is no way these verdicts will hold in such a prestigious court.

By the way, I've become way to busy over the course of the last 3 months with work to argue with the blind so those refusing to read the previous 30 pages loaded with links, docs, recordings, verdicts, judge quotes etc. can keep living in denial. I don't have time to change opinions nor feel an overwhelming desire to communicate with fans of other clubs. I came here for the Juve supporters and will continue to do so when updates are available.

In other words, don't instigate shit or ask for proof you've already been provided. I won't acknowledge it.
