It's important to remember that Mourinho has been brought in for one purpose and that's the CL. If we were happy winning the Scudetto then Mancini would've stayed. We will no doubt be aiming for the Scudetto but it's obviously not the priority and Mourinho might be setting the team up to play specifically for the CL. Let's not forget that the 4-3-3 can just as easilly become a more defensive 4-5-1 when in the CL.

I guess that apart from time, we're lacking the players too though, unless we find a couple of new surprises this month. I am of the opinion that we still lack 2 players, not counting the defence problem.
A winger who can give us that much needed unpredictability when going forward, and a central midfielder who can glue the midfield & the attack departments. We dont necessarily need a Van Der Vaart type of player, but simply someone who is capapble of playing in between the lines, and has some decent ball distribution. For the latest rumours, I was very happy to have been linked with Lazio's Ledesma, cause I think he would have been an ideal player for that. Good ball distributor, and also a hard worker in the middle of the pitch. For the winger zone, we all know who is missing..
For the module, I suspect that this is much more of a CL module rather than a Serie A one, so let's see if it sticks in Italy too. One thing is sure, Mourinho will have to do one heck of a masterpiece in order to get us all satisfied. We want to aim for the CL, but the Scudetto has to be ours just the same. We have an excellent team, great players, but maybe a great coach like Mourinho claims he is, should adapt his formation to the team, rather than adapting the team to his formation.

Juventus e Inter potrebbero arrivare ad uno scambio clamoroso: ecco perchè.
Ranieri vuole il serbo, a Mourinho piace il portoghese. Affare possibile, sopratutto dopo il ko di Vieira. Problemi ambientali a parte Stankovic è il giocatore ideale per il 4-4-2 di Ranieri. Porterebbe qualità. Mourinho ha voluto Tiago al Chelsea, lo considera a differenza di Dejan, uno dei suoi. Una sfida personale.
