he was never an effective lone striker, or prima punta, though, lumir. he was always at his best as a supporting striker. just like henry, who was one of the best forwards in the game, but very ineffective as the lone striker.

and no way can i agree with that second paragraph. there have been so many incredible players to play for us at the san siro; i am not sure that sheva would land in the top ten.

well, sheva sold out.

so he was nowhere near the man we thought he was. and that is what disappoints us the most.

An alarming amount, more than will admit. When there are also children involved then it becomes a no-contest situation.

Easy for me to say, a lupo giallorosso and direct competitor, but I think the fact that he chose to ride with the Milan players and staff on their pullman that time says it all...he knows he made a mistake, he is sorry, and he made that his chance to say so to his old compagni.

But since he won't be a rossonero again it's a moot point I guess.
