Ranieri Unsure Of Juventus Future

Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri claims he maybe not be on the bench of Bianconeri.

The former Chelsea coach is preparing his side for their return to the Champions League following a two year absence, but he may not lead the team to glory as he has revealed that he may not be in charge in the future.

Juve Fans Organise Street Revolt Against Leadership

Juevntus supporters on vecchiasignora.com are attempting to organise an open protest on the streets against the club’s management.

Current Juve President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, managing director Jean-Claude Blanc, and sporting director Alessio Secco have never been popular with the club’s supporters since they replaced the old Triade of Roberto Bettega, Antonio Giraudo and Luciano Moggi, after the Calciopoli crisis in 2006.

Due to their opposition with how the club is being run, Juventus supporters on vecchiasignora.com are planning to organise an open protest on the streets against the club’s leadership.

The grievances are long but they include the failure to keep the promise of signing a top class centre midfielder this summer, as well as the general lack of investment during the past three summers.

Another bone of contention is how the players are always prepared to protect the club in the face of apparent injustices (possibly referring to the poor refereeing last season), while the management is not.

The fans believe it is time the club fights for what is rightfully theirs, and that is the 29 Scudetti they won on the field. This could be in reference to the Juventus management’s refusal to appeal the Calciopoli verdict in the civil courts.

Buffon Repeats: Milan Are Favourites

Gianluigi Buffon has repeated the comments he made a few weeks ago, and believes Milan are still the favourites for this year’s Scudetto.

The upcoming Serie A season could be one of the most exciting in recent years, with Inter, Milan, Juventus, Roma, and even possibly Fiorentina, all in with a realistic chance of finishing first.

A few weeks ago Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon claimed that Milan are the favourites for the Scudetto, and the recent signing of Ronaldinho, in addition to the purchases of Flamini and Zambrotta has led many to believe that he has made a good prediction.

Juve Fans Launch Giovinco Protest

Juventus supporters have launched yet another protest, this time demanding that the club do not swap Sebastian Giovinco for Arsenal’s Robin Van Persie.

Juve fans have been very critical of the club’s leadership over the past couple of months, launching a whole host of protests.

These include opposition to the (possible) signing of Dejan Stankovic and Christian Poulsen, the latter who eventually arrived, as well as cries to prevent the sale of Sebastian Giovinco and Vincenzo Iaquinta.

Yesterday fans on the Juve website vecchiasignora.com threatened to organise an open protest on the streets against the club’s management. Grievances included failures in the transfer market, broken promises, and the reluctance to protect the club.

Users of this forum have now launched yet another campaign, this time against the possible swap deal involving Giovinco and Arsenal forward Robin Van Persie.

It was reported in the press over the weekend that Juve are considering making a move for Van Persie, and that it is possible Giovinco could be offered in part exchange.

This has angered fans, who see Giovinco as the future of their club, and 89.5% of users rated labelled the possible transfer as “unacceptableâ€

Ranieri Promises To Tinker

Claudio Ranieri has lived up to his ‘Tinkerman’ nickname by vowing to rotate his squad this season.

The pressure is on for Ranieri this coming campaign as, following the signings of Amauri and Christian Poulsen, Juve are expected to mount a serious challenge both in Serie A and in Europe.

The Bianconeri have started pre-season well, and yesterday they impressively defeated Borussia Dortmund in Germany 3-1, thanks to goals from Amauri and Vincenzo Iaquinta (2).

Poulsen Ready For Gattuso Clash

New Juventus signing Christian Poulsen insists that he will have no problem about facing Gennaro Gattuso in tonight’s TIM Cup, despite the pair’s past differences.

The Bianconeri take part in the annual Trofeo Tim in Turin tonight, where they will play two 45 minute matches against Milan and Inter.

The game against the Rossoneri will see Poulsen pit his wits against Gattuso, a player he has had his differences with in the past.
