Leaving the CL thread open is only because last season when we had the Serie A game on the weekend then the CL on the Tuesday/Wednesday, the posts were getting mixed up cause some wanted to talk about the Serie A game and others were looking forward to the CL. We won't see the benefit now but rather when the CL is on. The other threads have no purpose to them at all. It's not that much of a problem but whatever the other users think is good is fine by me.

Well if you think that the Roma thread functions well, then we don’t need a CL thread, but its not really that important. After all, we just use it for a couple of months (till February max. ) and then close it soon after.
I would have liked to keep the Italian speakers thread too, but Briz is not often around so there’s no point in keeping it. After all, when I post an article in Italian, you guys can easily use some translation machine and understand the gist of it.
Let’s see what Frank has to say.

If Frank likes this idea and you support it too then we'll go ahead with it;

1. Leave this as the main thread with anyone being able to post in it.
2. Keep the Italian readers thread open.
3. Close all other threads.

The main reason i use other threads is when there are 2 or more different articles to talk about, I post them in different threads so that each discussion remains separate and doesn't get cluttered.If that's not an issue anymore then i have no problem in deleting other threads.

Apart from the threads Dejan mentioned,I would like to keep one more thread alive for the non-interista/talk other general stuff.What do you guys think?

Oh yeah I forgot about that one. So in total we'll have 3 threads open; Main, Italian and general. That sounds about right.

So do we appoint a new mod or just get Shield to do it?

I dont know guys, I think we'd be leaving too much open threads.
Maybe we should start closing (not deleting) threads gradually.Let's start by leaving this, the CL & the general talk threads open. If they're of no use, we'll then close them in due time.
Dejan, I dont really need the Italian thread, since I got no one to talk in Italian with now.

Yeah, thats a good idea.Lets just close the threads and not delete them.That would be much better.
