Just watched Bayern demolish Bremen...That Ribery is one heck of a player; wish we'd showed more interest in signing him; would have fit in seamlessly with our attack...
Don't particularly like Diego...one of them dirty players who lunges around with his elbows flailing about...

eMERDAson really is an unprofessional cunt. i really cant see why you any of you would welcome this fuck to your beloved team. he signs a fairly lucrative three year contract, plays out only one year (and plays like absolute shit for most of the year) and then proceeds to blackmail his team....again. roma had no choice because of their precarious financial position at the time (what an opportunist he was, huh?) but, if there is a team that can afford to see him decaying on the bench, its real. i hope real get back in the driver's seat on this one and make life miserable for this cunt and, HE should "be prepared to accept the responsibility and consequences"......basically, the consequences of sitting out an entire two seasons at the age of 31. i wonder how easy it is to recover your form after a two year stop when your 33?

i was just watching highlights from the spain v honduras u17 world cup game, which spain won 4-2. that bojan krkic kid playing for spain, another barcelona youth product, really seems to be something special. he scored two goals including a terrific lob, and had another spectacular attempt saved on the line. he played better than i have ever seen pato play.

Their defense seems well set to me really...with both Zambro and Thuram getting a year to adapt, they're only going to get better...and Milito is an absolute beast in defense; a partnership between him and Puyol should be impenetrable...
I'd say they have enough ball winners in the midfield...considering the players they can bring off the bench at any point, I'd say they are the team to beat this season...
I should think that they'll put teams like Milan Jr., Puke or any other team out there on the back foot for most of the game...with that offense they should be able to carve numerous scoring opportunities...I'd hate to be at the receiving end of their counter-attack...

we should pat ourselves on the back for correctly identifying our team's needs while other boards reveled in outlandish dream signings and ridiculously unproven youth players.

i don't know if you guys ever read any of the other milan boards, but i swear, and it pains me to say this, that milan unfortunately has some of the most spoiled and stupid fans on the internet. the majority of them were envious of manchester united and real madrid over their transfer campaigns. that's why i am content with our group being small over here, as long as the level of discussion remains high.
