is reporting that we have the following pre-season friendlies arranged:

Pre-season training starts: July 21 at Trigoria

July 24 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Borussia Dortmund (A)
July 29 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Bayer Leverkusen (A)

Then we also have arranged:
August 6 or 7 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Al-Ahly (A)
August 10 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Tottenham Hotspur (A)

Perhaps it's been discussed by you guys already, but the ONLY factor preventing me from complete and utter dispair with regard to the riise transfer is that he's still only 28. For some reason I was under the impression that he was at the 30 carrot pube limit. Let me just say how very bizarre it'll feel to watch that carrot head in a roma shirt come next season.

You guys absolutely kill me sometimes with this Roma bias; why on earth should Mexes even get a look in at CB for France if Abidal is in the team!?

Your just saying that because you want France to lose, Dejan, like most calcio followers do. If you had of said Boumsong instead of Abidal I might of believed you. Seriously, if that Dumbenech does stay on well then France don't deserve Philippe. Some may say its a good thing if he doesn't get regularly selected for them but all players want to play for their national side (unless your english), and lord knows he deserves some international recognition.

After the seasons they've had and not being selected for Euro08, Trez and Flamini would also consider their futures bleak in the NT. Also, with Frey not getting the nod ahead of Coupet in goal, you wonder what the positives are in keeping this stooge at the helm. Ofcourse Mexes is in the same boat.
