Lomba, I agree with your live performance comments, in fact many artists really only come to life on stage, they give so much more because they can relate and respond to the encouragement and affection of the folks who came to see them. Others prefer to work in the privacy of a studio but these people are creators of music, not natural born showmen like Rossi. He becomes part of the crowd, he lives the experience with them and though I may not like the voice I don't question the music or his entertainment value.

Totti, back to football. Despite EEC opposition I really hope FIFA and Uefa can find some way of making their minimum of 6 homegrown players per team rule happen. Then all clubs including ours will be forced into paying more attention to our primavera instead of sacrificing many of them on the altar of the fact there is no time to wait to bring them through to the senior starting X1. At the moment many are little better than pawns in a chess game to quote a journalist whose article I read earlier today. Trading beads...at a time when as you rightly point out these lads should be helped to not just develop as future professionals but to make the transition from boy to man! I'll add that I'm not sure we can afford the luxury of hanging on to all our youth squad though.
