My question is that if Rosella is supposedly allocating 20 mln for transfers and we will sell Mancini, Espo and Giuly (and probably a couple of co-ownerships) for at least 20 mln, why would we only have 20 mnl left to spend? Riise was 5 mln over 4 years. Vuci was 12 mln over 3 years. Loria and Arthur were no cash. Even if we paid for Vuci and Riise in full, we should have at least 3 more million to spend. OR, is Rosella screwing us again?

Also, I wonder how much Rosina would cost. I can't imagine he's not ready or motivated to go to a bigger club at this point. He would be fantastic in Taddei and/or Perrotta's positions. Rosina + Baptista would be my choice.

SPQR, Perrotta is age-ing? I was not aware of this. Isn't he only like 29 whoops.... 31! I had no idea. Wow. i think he's got a good two more seasons in him, though I'd love to see him evolve back into more of a midfield destroyer, since there is always the potential that he could make the odd late surging run into the box. This would in theory free up DDR to be a bit more of a complete midfielder. I have to agree though, that in a top side, he's not a starting 11 player, but he's certainly somewhere like 12 or 13. Of course this assumption ignores Aquilani and Pizarro, but that's ok since my main point is that this would allow Spalletti to be much much more tactically flexible.

loazzi, a lot of clubs would like Rosina but if he keeps on improving as he is doing he is going to cost a damn fortune...and I'm sure you're right, he's already been looking around at his options.

Jamo, well let's hope Iaquinta isn't a dream! We are his logical move given that he and Il Mister have worked together before.

Ita, along with yourself and SPqR I rate Perrotta as only being 85-90% of what he was but I'll tell you, I'd still rather have him than Brighi! On our worthy <Capitan> let's see him get back to leading the troops into the new season and presuming he gets back his form of the season before and of the start of the last one, then who knows? Maybe an Azzurri appearance or two...if that right leg of his holds out.

Dejan, could we add Javier Zanetti to those 2 names? He has well proven his talent and his loyalty to his club over the years!
