Cheers, Xeno, you just brightened my afternoon with the Loria news...

The promising young talent Curci seemed to be just never transferred to senior level. He is a good shot stopper but as we know he does not command his penalty area and struggles with crosses. He has to go.

I'm not convinced on Barusso making it either but I guess another loan will tell whether we keep or replace him. What do you think of Cerci? Did he struggle at Pisa because of Castillo?

Is it me or was Loria a bit expensive for us? Half of Galloppa's contract is worth 2.5 mil and half of Curci is worth another 2.5 mil. So we payed 5 mil for a 31 year old defender

FIAT aren't doing so damn well just now. It could be Juve needing to tighten the money belt tomorrow and you don't really know how serious Juve were about Loria.

Aquilani and his father still haven't signed the extension with us...I think they'll wait till the last sensible moment just to see who offers what.

There isn't a strong link between Juve and FIAT any more. The share issue last summer was the first time that Ifil had put money into Juventus in a long time, and that was just a one off due the unusual circumstances the club were in.

Of course I don't know how serious Juve were about Loria, but all indications are that Knezevic has been identified as the man Juve want as 4th/5th choice CB.

And I still expect Aquilani to stay at Roma for a long time.
