can anyone confirm what the TOTAL amouynt was? i tried to figure out the press release document pocari posted and couldnt make sense of it. they mention 7.5 mil euro over two installaments for the 07/08 season and then follow with a figure of 3.75 mil euro in two installments for the same season. i dont understand the technical terms in that document so i'm not sure how to interpret what the total amount was before we dished out another 12 mil euro yesterday. i'm curious to find out the grand total.

if i understand the document correctly, the total we paid is: 7.5 + 3.75 = 11.25 mil euro last year; 12 mil euro yesterday = grand total of 23.75 mil euro. seems like a hefty sum.

We paid:

3,25 (Loan) + 7,5 (for 100% of Vucinic) - 3,75 (sold back 50% to Lecce) + 12

= 19mill euros

thanks a_m. makes sense now....meaning that i understand the numbers now but dont quite understand why we'd sell 50% back for 3.75 mill only to buy that same portion back for 12 mill! business sensi style, i guess.

Someone said that we had to buy 100% (Don`t know why) of Vucinic.

Lecce could have sold him for 15mill to us or something, but we prefered Co ownership first. Therefore Lecce and Roma agreed a deal worth 3,75 (Very low), but because of the unknown reason we had to buy the hole Vucinic. So we sold back 50% of him to Lecce.

I don't get much time to watch Serie B so this 21 year old Nigerian named Obinna that we are supposed to have been checking out since January doesn't mean anything to me apart from the odd clip in a highlights program. Ch4 this morning states he could be our new Mancini... :roll:

After looking around for a little info I seriously doubt it! He seems to be about as level headed in front of goal as Luca Toni has been in the Euros! Below is some info.

Well <<il nostro capitan'>> may be excited in the above article but I didn't want to see the piece in the one below where Juve are offering Iaquinta for Hamsik. Obviously it depends on Napoli and the 2 players concerned but if it happens it's going to shaft one of our summer hopes...
