Adebayor To Barcelona = Eto'o And Dinho To Milan - Bronzetti
Milan transfer consultant and super agent Ernesto Bronzetti insists Milan have a fifty percent chance of signing Adebayor and he claims Arsenal want to sell the striker to Barcelona. He also believes the Rossoneri could fuel Adebayor's move to Camp Nou and thay they could take Samuel Eto'o and Ronaldinho to San Siro instead.

The Rossoneri have been after the Togolese hit-man since he impressed them during Arsenal's win over Milan in the Champions League.

Adriano Galliani insists that his club are still after the player but reports claim he is heading for the Camp Nou.

However, in another sharp twist to the story, Bronzetti claims that the Gunners want to sell Adebayor to Barcelona and he is advising Galliani to bide his time as he could get Samuel Eto'o and Ronaldinho on the cheap.

To be honest, Rob, I think last night's game also made it very clear indeed quite how bad the Azzurri were against the Dutch (and how truly poor the Grenouilles were as a side). Sure the Dutch had a bit of luck and sure they were most effective on the counter, but the midfield Donadoni sent out that night made them look an awful lot better than they are. Don't get me wrong, that's not meant as Milan-bashing; it's just that the mix of the three Milan midfielders, coming off the seasons they've had, and with wide players rather than guys like Kaka' and Seedonk in front of them is just suicidal. We will miss Pirlo especially tonight, but Rino too, but I will be very, very happy if I never ever have to see another Azzurri midfield, in a 4-3-3, with all three of those Milan boys alongside one another.

Arsenal are ready to release Emmanuel Adebayor for £25m, but while his club would prefer Barcelona, he only wants Milan. Several newspapers in Italy, England and Spain are reporting this story, as the 24-year-old does look as if he’s receiving the go-ahead from Arsene Wenger to leave. His wage demands allegedly prompted the decision, as he requested £80,000 a week to stay at the Emirates.

Although Arsenal are prepared to release Adebayor, his destination is still up in the air and the subject of another battle. Barcelona have already flown in director Marc Ingla on Friday to hold negotiations and make a £22m offer. The Gunners would prefer he go to Spain, but Tuttosport insists Adebayor will only accept a transfer to San Siro.

The rapport between the clubs is not good after Mathieu Flamini turned down a contract renewal to complete a free transfer to Milan last month. But the players’ demands are crucial in this type of move and so Arsenal are willing to sell to the Rossoneri, but only if they can beat Barca’s bid.

Tuttosport claims that Adebayor sent an email to Wenger on Thursday asking for a face-to-face meeting, copying it to acting managing director Ken Friar and Milan general manager Adriano Galliani, but not to any Barcelona figures.

Either way it will be a good bit of business for Arsenal, who only signed the Togo international from Monaco for £7m two years ago. Adebayor flies in to London this weekend and is set for a meeting with Wenger on Tuesday at the latest.

Can we for forget about Adebayor and Eto'o and grab Arsahvin and Akinfeev??? God damn those morons in charge I want smart moves for once.

I actually predicted runners up winning 3 out of 4 in the quarters, based on the trends and teams involved, so now that 3 qualified in the first 3 games Im starting to feel worried for Italy. Spain, the eternal chokers they are, might actually have a one-off and beat Italy.

Final either way IMO is gonna be Germany-Russia
